The Bluffs on the Lake

Food was great, Kyle was awesome, view was extraordinary! Highly suggest this out of the way stop in the woods. Definitely get the pretzel bites and cheese dip...yum!!! 🤤

The waiter was excellent and said he had been there for 10 years he did a great job. Food was also excellent . The atmosphere is a really fun log cabin type place. The only downside is that everyone in our group of eight people complained about how bad the water was. One person said they won't go back because water is all they drink. I had a gin and tonic so I was fine but people really did think the water was disgusting. Other than that it was a great place to eat. Just don't get water

Excellent Food And Service. Will be Back Next Year! We both had Lake Perch . Beautiful Outdoor Patio, but it was to Cold to Sit out there, but It has A Great View of Black Lake.

Restaurant offers good food and drinks. For being out of the way (kinda out in the middle of nowhere) you couldn't ask for anything more. We've been here countless times and have had a good experience every time. Nice scenery of the lake, good location to the trails and campground.

This is a wonderful restaurant located directly on the Eastern shoreline of Black Lake. The dining room and the outside tables overlook this beautiful lake. It's ideally located in the middle of a large complex of ORVATV trails and routes and is therefore frequented by ATV riders such as ourselves.

Very diverse menu with high quality food and a stellar staff. We've been there twice over 4 years and plan on going back and making it a destination and our off-road adventures.

This is a very nice and wonderful place. It is cozy restaurant and bar which overlooks Black Lake. The bartender is very nice and informative of the area. It is snowing outside and decorated for Christmad on the inside which makes for beautiful scenery. I have visited this place for years. Would definitely recommend if you are in this area.

We were camping right behind the Restaurant and decided to take the 2 minute walk to try the Bluffs. So glad we did! The Homey Cabin feel was Inviting! Our server,Courtney, was attentive and friendly. And she has a great sense of humor. Food is delicious! Their house made Bistro Sauce is excellent! I want the recipe! The beer was ice cold and refreshing! I Highly Recommend the Bluffs! Wish I could give it 10 Stars!!

Great way to end a fishing trip. Service was great and food was delicious! Got the ribs, fall off the bone and the bbq sauce very nice. Fries were perfect! Waitress was funny and very good! Will be back next fishing trip!

The food is as delicious as it is beautiful! The presentation the chef puts into a simple salad is 2nd to none. The view off the patio is beautiful with a gorgeous lake view. We will be frequenting this again.

Everything was delicious. Staff is great. The seating outside is the only thing I would take issue with. Not real comfortable.

Good food, quick friendly service. Weekdays are great. The bluff's burger is comically large.

Campground is vintage, old-school rustic...A lot of rough construction and bare sites. Has showers! Bar/restaurant was inviting, clean, and onsite! Food and drinks were amazing and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly. I highly recommend the experience. We had the entire place to ourselves on a Tuesday night in August. Weekends sound like they hop during events.

It's sad the owners did not get their permit in time two years in a row to allow for camping. What a loss. But the restaurant on site is amazing with great food and friendly staff!

Made a reservation because we had a larger group. It was a good idea. It was Saturday and very busy. It is kind of out in the woods. The view is wonderful. The food was good and had large portions. The waitress was very nice. Only thing I would say is my coke had a sulfur taste I don't care for. It would have been good If they offered a can or bottle of pop. Great place to go for meal

Super folks run this bar/restaurant. Beautiful location. With outdoor seating and music on the weekends. Well worth the drive.

What a great local place! The staff is so welcoming, despite being crazy busy. They all appear to be working together to get everything covered. Even the cook came out to check on things. Love the map tables, and the whole atmosphere. We were there on a Friday night and had the perch basket special. Delicious! I don’t care for fries and they happily substituted sweet potato waffle fries, which I really appreciated. Will definitely be back!

Great view of the lake from the deck. Try the pretzel bites. I highly recommend them.
