Loved our two night stay in Little Bay Cottage #1! You start off on the edge of the downtown district and it’s all right there.
Great experience shopping, dining, sightseeing even with less than great weather.
This rental is “as advertised” and maybe a little understated. My wife and I loved our stay!

Little Bay Cottage #4 + Downtown Petoskey = Perfect Weekend Getaway. We spent 2.5 days and 2 nights in downtown Petoskey and had a fabulous time. Little Bay Cottage is in the downtown Social District a few doors aways from all the dining, shopping and bars. The unit was very clean and well furnished including a 4-seasons porch that made for an excellent setting for my evening cocktails and morning coffees! Will certainly book again.
