Phoxy's Phillies

Best food decision I've made in a long time. Not only is the Back Lot a cool place, but the food choices are top notch. The philly I had from Phoxy's Phillies was perfect. I got a Cereal Killer shake because I love milkshakes and Fruity Pebbles...I now have to start making them at home.

Great Cheese Steaks and milkshakes! phoxy special is super tasty and the guys that run it are extremely chill. Cereal Killer milkshake is insane!! Definitely a great spot!

As I was looking at the menu at the food truck in Back Lot a woman comes by and touches me on the shoulder and says “you have to get this!!” Well, her enthusiastic review was well warranted! Got the fried green beans cause they’re “something you can’t really get anywhere else” and the Phoxy sauce and it’s so good!!

Yall HAVE TO get down to the backlot and try Phoxys new menu items! Andy created a better version of a famous bowl and when I tell you it’s a thousand times better and bigger than the famous bowl at KFC I’m not exaggerating even a little. This guy knows what he’s doing!

Had original Phillies in Philadelphia a few years back and these hands down are as close as you can get in the mid west. Have had “cheesesteaks” in Detroit area and you can’t even compare the two. Phoxy’s has found a niche in northern Michigan and should plan to stay. Not to mention the fried green beans and ”familiar” bowls are next level. The owner Andy , I think it was, was very professional and super welcoming. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Petoskey area.

I had the Phoxy's Style Philly at the Back Lot last night. They took the Philadelphia cheese steak and made it their own--- and it was delicious. Well done, Phoxy's!!! And that's coming from a Pennsylvania girl! 😊

I have had my fair share of Phillies and let me tell you…I had to double check my google maps to make sure I wasn’t back in Philadelphia. Great food, super friendly staff and not very expensive at all. Especially compared to other regions. All around great time! Highly recommend!

WOW GREAT FOOD! AMAZING AND VERY FRIENDLY STAFF!! The customer service made my meal even better then it was(which was very hard to do) I got a Philly cheesesteak with a milkshake and Curley fries, and it was the best Philly I’ve had in a very long time! I recommend getting your Philly with the curly fries and the berry milk shake. YOU WILL NOT be disappointed! I’ll definitely be going back there all summer!!

The Familiar Bowl was so good - substantial portions and great flavor!

A must visit while your in Petoskey, Fire does not begin to describe how awesome the food was. The Classic Philly came loaded with cheese, as recommended. And the loaded fries would have blown my pants off if i wasnt wearing a belt. Cudos to you and thankyou for the awesome lunch!

You really can’t go wrong with Phoxy’s. You have to get their house Philly above all else of course! They are consistently one of the best food trucks in the area. Great, timely service at a beer garden food truck. What else could you ask for?!

Amazing!! The Philly and the chicken tenders are sooo good and hot!! I don't know what kind of breading they use but it's sooo good I haven't had it before but have got them twice now! Plus cheese wiz what?! Amazing! If your in the area check them out! Phozy's Phillies is the win lol!

Just tried Phoxy Phillies for the first time and was so relieved with all of the choices for the whole family! New to the Back Lot in Petoskey and not disappointed. Apps, salads, sandwiches and shakes everyone had a hard time deciding what to try first! 100% recommend!

Loved the Phoxy’s Philly sandwich, especially the pickles and onion rings, and the fried green beans are off the charts! Homemade Phoxy sauce is great for dipping the green beans also! Check them out at the Backlot in Petoskey!

PHOXY’S is the SPOT! The house philly’s are not only flavorful, but the perfect amount of food. Ordered the Phoxy’s Philly and I have nothing but great things to say about it - flaky sub bun, crispy shaved ribeye, wiz, and the best yet... PICKLES. Set it off. My new go-to.

We had a great experience. The Phoxy’s philly was my favorite. BUT THE GREEN BEANS were out of this world. I will spread the word. Great service with a smile. Good prices. I will be visiting again soon and will pass the word that this place is amazing.

Hot wings and loaded fries are great. I’d say best wings I’ve had in a long, long, very long, time. Delish. Even my 5 year old is obsessed with them!
