Good easy access Starbucks location. Friendly staff. I needed to change a part of my drink (I was that guy) and they were cool with it.

The line was long, so decided to walk inside. Glad we did, the service was quick and friendly!

Even though I'm giving it a 4 1/2 stars just because I was finally super excited when Petoskey in Michigan got their 1st Starbucks .But On August 8th I order a( grande )Carmel macchiato with coconut milk with a chorizo sandwich and a (tall)mocha frappuccino . I took a drink of my Carmel Macchiato with coconut milk and gagged. The coffee was so STRONG and bitter tasting . I couldnt taste the coconut milk which it should be sweet and so is the Carmel ,so I went back through the drive thru and told them I dont think there was any coconut milk in it .Remind you I'm a huge starbucks fan big time so for me to not wanna drink it you know it had to be super strong .Anyways she remade the drink with no problem but when I got my second I got out on that busy road and tasted my drink again .Again STRONG and bitter and no carmel taste and coconut taste at all , so I thought it was me so I had my granddaughter try it and same reaction the coffee was super strong like whoever made it dumped a bag of grounds in . Instead of drinking it I threw it away .please If any of the managers are reading this please have their workers learn how to make coffee the right way like your other locations do.. I was upset I had to throw away my drink I pay a lot of money for considering its coffee .... still love my starbucks even though I had a bad drink...

Workers were very efficient

Great service, but I couldn't hear the cashier on the speaker in the drive-thru. Other than that or drinks were great and quick, our sandwich was toasty.

They are always so delightful. I don't get their coffee often, but I get a peppermint mocha once or twice a season. I hate that customers sometimes make these people miserable. What's the point in that???

We have become regulars here, after vowing that we would never. It is just too good. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are very helpful, and we never have to worry about getting forgotten about or any of that nonsense. If we do run into an issue, they are very quick to fix and make sure we are completely satisfied. Example: they occasionally run out of a food item we order over mobile, so they make sure as soon as we come in to make sure we get a replacement expedited to us, instead of making us wait and getting to it whenever.
5/5, will stop again. And again. And again.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Ordered an iced venti caffe latte. Super milky. Came back around, went inside and Emma was super nice and friendly. Re-made my drink. No issues. I use their drive-thru a couple days a week. Very friendly group of employees! Always happy with the service i receive. I soooo appreciate every employee there!!!!

This place is great! The service is hands down the best I’ve received anywhere they are so friendly and nice. Only downside is they never give me light enough ice for my pink drink but I can forgive them! 😌😌
