Excellent service. Came in needing assistance with a quilt repair. Bought sewing tools as well. Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable. Get the app, too, if you like coupons. Saves money on new tools and project supplies

The staff is always so very helpful. I am an amateur when it comes to crafts and I love all the knowledge that the employees have and are willing to share.. The prices are a bit high but make sure you get your coupons and watch for sales.

It's Always a joy to spend time in Joann Fabrics! The employees are always friendly and helpful. They also are knowledgeable when I have any questions, and if that particular employee doesn't have the answer, they politely find someone who does. The stores are neat and clean. The set-up makes for an easy shopping experience. I personally am Very Happy that they have a couple electric shopping carts for me, and others, who need this ability to be seated to get around and spend more time in the store. (The longer I'm able to shop, the more I buy. 😬) 😁 The only criticism I have is; I truly wish they didn't carry the STRONGLY scented cinnamon pinecones, etc., that are displayed during the Christmas holiday season. I understand that some people like them, but it would be great for people like me, who have a strong reaction to them, if they were enclosed in some way to keep the scent from escaping.
All in all, as a sewer, quilter and crafter, I could spend DAYS shopping at Joann's and never run out of things to look at. The employees are a treasure. Thank you to one and all! ♥

This is a great fabric store. I love the fabrics and there are often coupons or sales to help you find what you are looking for. My only problem and it's a small one. Is that they don't have much with paint or other craft like projects. They have a nice jewelry making supplies. So I suppose it depends on what you are looking for. For fabric this is the place to be. But for paint I would go to hobby lobby. Same goes for fake flowers for wreaths.

I love everything about the store, only wish the would sell more 'made in the USA'

Very nice and helpful staff,actually prefer going here then the one in Traverse City for the reason of the staff in Petoskey are not rude and stuck up acting like most of the staff in the TC store.
