My family loves this store! The staff are very helpful and friendly. Our daughter even got to feed the parrot a treat. Great selection of products and very clean. I love to see owners with their friendly pets walking around.

The staff at the Petoskey store were so helpful! The gentleman working suggested toys and treats for my dogs and the toys and treats were perfect! I appreciated him taking the time to listen and help me!

They have most everything for pets. I was looking for vacation feeding items for parakeets. Not much I could use. But I found a great deal on treats for my puppy 😊

brenda helped us handle the two ferrets they had there and she was super sweet to us. we held them for a considerable amount of time which was so much fun, we all absolutely adore ferrets. later, she was so helpful at the checkout and tried to offer us dog treats but unfortunately i only have cats ):. haven’t encountered someone so nice in awhile and i enjoyed my entire time in the store. thank you girlypop brenda 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Always friendly staff, they're all pretty knowledgeable with the variety of pets they have! Each person on shift asked me if I needed anything, or any help finding something.

That and every time I come back, I always look forward to seeing Snoopy! Cute little boy, and his cage is always very clean, which shows how much they care for their pets <3

Very clean store with plenty to choose from for all kinds of pets! Emilee was very helpful in finding a dog ramp for my aging 100# pup & they price matched Amazon which is AWESOME! Good place to have in Emmet CO.

I frequent this store to buy crickets for my family's lizards, and various supplies for my cats. The store is always clean and well-stocked, with a large variety of products for your pets. Much better than your standard Walmart pet section. Every time I come, I always have to make a stop to see the birds and their African grey parrot, Snoopy. The cages are always very clean, the birds seem happy, and it seems like there is always an employee there taking care of the animals. They have a lot of care and dedication towards what they do. When I return after college and get my own place, I hope to be able to purchase a bird. I also hope that they will have bird harnesses, as I had not seen any when I had birds a year ago.

They carry a variety of dog foods that are actually good for dogs. I won’t buy any animal food that is not completely made in the USA using ingredients from the USA. I use Redford naturals. It’s a company from the upper peninsula. Something they don’t tell you is they price match, if you find it cheaper online or somewhere else, bring in the ad, show them the other websites price or what have you and they will match it. Super helpful when it seems like most of the world is struggling with money.

Easy to find what I was looking for with the signage. Very friendly & helpful staff😊 I will definitely visit there again !!
