Friendly employees, especially one who I think her name is Teenie -- a huge improvement over the old postmaster from several years ago! Friendly mail carriers too -- no complaints here.

Needs official USPS sign in front of the building on State street. Don't realize what it is, if your not familiar with area.

Got a note saying my mail box wasn't shoveled good enough. So I reshoveled it and now it still isn't good enough and they will not bring my mail. I do not know how much to the ground it can get when I am already at ice and dirt.

Woman who answered the phone was rude, unprofessional and obviously hates her job of customer service. She gave me incorrect information and sent me to Greenville.

Have had the most unpleasant unprofessional experience with this post office something needs to be done unacceptable. Apparently no matter what my address is it's undeliverable

Tried calling several times during normal business hours. No answer, so I drove there on my lunch. EXTREMELY rude woman working in the front. I had all of my mail forwarded weeks ago. Instead of leaving a package at my old address, a note, or forwarding it to my current address, they threw it away the same day it was supposed to be delivered. I tried asking her why and if there was any way I could get it. She literally laughed at me and said, “No, it’s gone.” She shouldn’t be working in customer service and I can’t believe it’s policy to just throw packages away. My daughter spent all of her birthday money on that package and now it’s just gone.

They argue with me about the tracking number, until I show them on my phone and then they look it up. Whoever designed the parking doesn't have a clue either. Very unprofessional

Called to check on address change, very rude lady answered phone. She seemed too busy to help me. I still Dont know if the change is correct!!
