Winter time is never ideal when it comes to vehicle troubles. Harwood “I believe was his name. Correct me if wrong.” was outstanding in assisting my sister and I with a new battery after the old one was dead and corroded. Walked us through step by step on replacing the battery and checked for any error codes. Needless to say we learned something new and will definitely be stopping back if we need any more help. Highly recommended!

Every single time I’ve come to this location I’ve always gotten great service, but today Chris, literally saved my butt- my headlight had gone out so I went to this location for a replacement. Unfortunately, I couldn’t quite pull the old bulb out, so I asked Chris for help n he didn’t hesitate- he went right to my car, removed the bad bulb and had the replacement in hand and ready within 3 minutes. THEN, I couldn’t put it back together and was on the verge of tears, but he came right back outside, put it BACK together for me, n wished me a great day! WOW! This guy deserves a raise- he went above and beyond for me today and I just can’t say how appreciative I am. THANKS Chris, you ROCK!

I had a struggle this weekend doing what should have been an easy repair. No one had the part I needed, but the staff at this store went above and beyond brainstorming ideas with me. Outstanding customer service! This is now my favorite auto parts store in Oshkosh. Thank you again to the three employees I met this weekend, you were fantastic.

It was awesome, I had no idea that if you bought windshield wipers there that they would install them for free. They even did it when it was cold out. It took them less than 2 minutes to install them.

Never had a bad experience at Advanced. The employees are always so knowledgeable and helpful.. especially when I have a million dumb questions. Definitely my go to auto parts store, always!

Friday March 11th, I had a check engine light come on in my vehicle, I waited for a Young Lady to check codes, and there were 4, not only did she give me different products and price points, but after leaving I called, requested a copy of the codes and parts sent to me, She not only responded efficiently, but tactfully with the accuracy Annie Oakley with a Leopold Scope on a Rifle Range! If YOU plan on getting great service, Request Hannah at This location and You will never have an issue whatsoever!

Dident catch the guys name was just shopping the cashier guy helped install the windshield wipers for a couple. And also carried my alternator out to my car for me great work. After checking my battery great service 609pm 5/11

Charles took the time to look at my car and helped troubleshoot the problem. This level of service was much appreciated and beyond what I would have expected from an auto parts store. I don’t do much/buy much for my vehicle but my future business will definitely be at this store.

Formerly, I frequented this store because my brother has worked there for many years and moved on to manage another Advance Auto Parts store. It only seemed right not to shop at a rival store. However, today I have a new reason to frequent this store. I was given exceptional service by a man named William Z. He was extremely polite and extremely helpful, given the circumstances. It was 2F and he had to remove a couple of things to replace my battery. There were some complications and he stuck it out in the cold, never veering from politeness, to help me. The entire time, his only dedication was customer service. Thank you very much for the exceptional service, William.

Brake light switch on my 07 P.O.S. Subaru went out, i needed a new one the same day so I could drive to work the following morning. Advanced Auto Parts was the only auto parts store in Oshkosh that had it in stock. An older gentleman helped me on the phone and in the store when i showed up, you could tell he was worried about my experience and was very apologetic for how long things took (other customers - not his fault). I've never written a review but wanted to do this to mention that guy, he did a great job and deserves credit. My receipt says his name was 'William Z', not sure if that's right but the guy with glasses and a white/gray beard did a great job. I end up in lot of parts stores (unfortunately) and can say his attitude was a refreshing change.

We went in to get a new battery for a Chevy Traverse. Really friendly, good service. Fast work, considering that the battery was really hard to replace. Shout out to Moua, who did the install - great work and really friendly throughout the process.

The people here are friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me locate specific parts to fix my vehicle. It's usually a little cheaper than the other chain auto parts retailers. If you order online and choose to pick up from the store, there's usually a 20% off coupon.

Very friendly and helpful. I had lost my wiper for the second time I thought I would end up paying for this one. They replaced it free of charge! I was surprised and very thankful

Alvin is seriously one of the nicest and most helpful people ever! He has gone above and beyond twice now when I’ve really needed it. Always such a great experience

They usually have the best prices for general automotive parts if you can get the coupons that regularly come out. I also tend to rent tools from here more than the other stores.

Frank and Charles really helped me when I need it most. Didn’t know what I was doing at all and they really worked to solve my problem!
