I recently moved into my apartment from out of state and I needed a mattress for my bedroom. Ryan was able to meet me within twenty minutes of calling and showed me the various mattresses in the showroom. He was patient, understanding and I believe he provided me the best offer for my needs. He even delivered my mattress to me the same day! I’m very happy with my purchase and I hope to make another purchase in the future.

Ryan was extremely professional and kind! All around great customer experience. We purchased a queen size mattress and he delivered it the same day!
Convenient location in Oshkosh with a great selection of mattresses. We did not feel pressured to buy at all but we could not pass up the great deal! Same great mattresses as in the big box stores but a fraction of the cost.
We definitely will be returning for future purchases!

Ryan has a passion for his business and it really shows through his customer service! I was able to get a comfortable, full size bed that's designed to last years under $400 plus free shipping. Not only that, but Ryan went the extra mile to give me a ride home while delivering my mattress. It was such a blessing since I can't drive, so it takes more time to get to places. The store looks really clean and fresh, I was really impressed with this too. All of Ryan's merchandise is brand new and definitely costs less than all of other furniture stores I've seen online. The cheapest price at other places was $499 and goes up to $3,000 or more. This isn't the case at Oshkosh direct furniture. I went into the store today and bought a very nice firm king size mattress and a mattress cover. I called Ryan, he showed up at the meeting time and brought my mattress an additional 45 minutes away. I stopped in today for a full size mattress. I purchased a mattress and a platform frame. I received excellent customer service. He delivered it right to my home immediately after I purchased. Ryan is a great guy. Great company. He keeps overhead low to keep prices low.

Ryan was great to work with. He let us try the mattresses over and over until we finally made our decision. He was very knowledgeable on each mattress as well. He told us our mattress had to be ordered and would take 2 to 4 weeks. He contacted us a week later that the mattress was in. We will definitely be back and will be recommending to all of our friends! Very clean store too!

Just purchased a new mattress and platform bed frame. Ryan was extremely nice and really knows his stuff!!! He gave me as much time as I needed and after the 4th mattress I tried I knew it was the one. I almost fell asleep the moment I laid down on it!!! Not only was the price amazing (getting both pieces for less than the price of the same mattress elsewhere but he is willing to hold off delivery for a month until my new place is ready for me to move into. Great experience! Got the best sleep in awhile after purchasing a new mattress and box spring from Ryan! He was wondering and very on time with every delivery !
