I went in to find a snorkeling mask. Asked the gentleman greeter where they were. He told me and let me know there was a manager in the area that could help. By the time I walked back to the area she asked if I was there for snorkeling masks. Told her yes and she took me to them. Another employee came over with another style they had in back. This was one of the best experiences in a store!! Way to go!

Love this store take my son to get all his sporting items and his Gatorade pods for his bottle there the only place that carries around me

Every time I go into that store the people there are very helpful with anything I need whether I purchase anything or not! They are awesome!

I want to shout out to the spectacular cust service from Sheryl at the Oshkosh store..She got a call from me about something I was looking for. I did not want to order it on line She was kind, courteous and went extra mile to find item.. confirm it in stock .and additionally..put it aside for me ..Thats the kind of customer care people could take a lesson from..Not everyone wants to shop on line..I do not because of theft issues in my area. also .I should mention..everyone working there on 11-23-22 in the afternoon we're kind, friendly..polite and courteous..Sophie was also and awesome addition..Keep it up You all rock .

I had to return two online orders and I thought it would be a hassle. I just showed my order numbers to a personable young man and he made it extremely quick and easy. Will be happy to shop there in the future.

What a great place to shop at. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They have a wide variety on different items. Shoes, camping, bikes, and clothing to name some. This is my go to place for anything my family needs. They do price match in store and online. If they dont have an item in store they will order it from the store and ship it to you for free. The rewards program can't be beat as I've received over 300.00 in gift certificates. AMAZON CAN'T MATCH THAT. i would highly recommend this store over any other local store for all your needs.

We have had the best experience at this store! We originally went in looking for kayaks. A couple weeks after our first visit there, we found out they were having a boat sale. Between our friends and family, we purchased a total of 12 kayaks, paddles, life jackets, and other accessories during the sale. We ended up exchanging 2 of the kayaks because we weren't happy with them, and they let us do that with no questions asked. We had 3 employees work with us that were more than patient with us and answered all the questions we had. The awesome employees were "Big Nick" , Bryce, and Meghan S. at the Oshkosh store! :)

I usually come here to buy ammo. I've done countless purchases here with multiple people and every single one of them has been professional, polite, patient, and extremely helpful. On occasions they even help me load it into my vehicle. I'll continue to support this business as long as they keep this up!

Staff is very friendly, and checks up on you multiple times during your visit. Occasionally prices can be a bit higher than Fleet Farm, but sometimes they have decent sales on outdoor sporting goods.

Website doesn't generally show all the deals, as for some reason they don't know how to input the inventory, seriously - items found in store cannot be found online at all - but hey, sometimes a surprise is great.

Erika was so helpful in finding me the right fit and style during my visit with lots of great ideas and choices. I left with a full bag of great clothing 😎

So thankful for Becca at the Oshkosh, WI location!!! I had ordered a golf shirt online that came with 2 small holes in it. It looks as if the price tag was put in the wrong spot initially, removed, then put in the correct spot in a seam to prevent holes such as this. Becca called around to other locations in Wisconsin to see who had the same exact shirt in stock. One location mailed her a shirt but unfortunately that one as well had holes in it from the same type of situation. She then called another location to have them send one of their in stock shirts to her. I just received a voicemail that she has a shirt in hand and is shipping it out to us today! She was bound and determined to make sure we got a good quality shirt! Thank you so much for all of your help Becca and excellent customer service!

I came with a return, super unorganized. I had the wrong receipt, the wrong tags and the gentleman behind the counter was patient and cheerful. He was able to find my purchase and return my purchase with no problem.

Best shopping experience ever. The place is so huge and has an array of sports brand like Adidas, Nike, Under Armor, DSG to mention just these. Love it love it!!!!

Went there looking for volleyball items and a very kind worker named Eli was able to help me out and was very knowledgeable when I asked him questions. Would recommend the store.
