AT&T Store

I had a problem with my Iphone15. I purchased it through another carrier. The carrier was not at all helpful, stating that my problem was with the ATT towers, not having enough strength. I went into the ATT store in Oshkosh and Danyelle Fry helped me with my problem. She was so helpful and took the time to hear my entire story, knowing how upset I was. At first she thought also that it was a hardware problem. What the problem was that when my new phone was downloaded, I could not bring up Wi-Fi or even us the cellular from my carrier. With so much patience Daynelle finally found the problem. There was a VPN flashing on my phone. She fixed the VPN and WOW my phone worked perfectly. Wow Danyell is a fantastic employee and should be acknowledged for her great service. The same day it was only myself she helped, there was another older couple she was helping and before you knew it, she said here's you phone, all set and fixed. WTG Danyelle, you are an excellent employee.

Came in here with questions about my account and the new manager Alex helped me and was very kind and knowledgeable about everything. As well as very quick service, and helpful with all questions I had about my account.

We went on a Sunday, with one employee available (Nathan). We were very pleased with how he took care of us and everyone else. It was decently busy and he was able to work efficiently and kindly with everyone and never rushed anyone. It was excellent service.

AT&T Oshkosh location store is the Best in Costumer Services and qualifies. They are #1. I would highly recommend this store to all costumers. Not a first time I personally went to this location and always getting best help ever. Associate Stanley is very knowledgeable, professional, honest, it is almost impossible to find such a qualities in our century. But Stanley do is best and this is why we always choose Minh back to Oshkosh location. Thank you to the all Store Team! Please keep up and never change! You guys the best!

Nate B was an amazing rep at this location who made the process of buying a new phone/switching over from a different carrier as seamless as possible. Very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond. Appreciate the great customer service!

I recently went to the AT&T store in Oshkosh WI and had the best experience. Stanley was our customer service rep and he was the most knowledgeable and helpful rep I have had in 20 years. He worked quickly, got me what I needed and even put me in the right plan. I definitely recommend stopping in there!

Great experience! Stanley, who helped us with upgrading our phones, was fantastic. No annoying up-sales and it was very relaxed. Very knowledgeable about the phones and the process. It was quick and simple.

We stopped at the AT&T store to switch from Verizon after reception issues. Nathan was wonderful in assisting us and we felt he had our best interest in mind when finding the plan that worked best for us. We'd be happy to work with him in the future!

Went into AT & T yesterday at the Oshkosh 1462 location was greeted right away by a gentleman and than another gentleman came from the backroom said we would be right with you . Only had to wait a few minutes the manager Ty Johnston was very helpful my I phone 6plus had the white death screen told me that I probably needed a new one. He got the phone that I wanted and his service was phenomenal. I was out in a short 30 minutes. He set up my phone put the protector and new case on. He was very knowledgeable about the product. I am gladly to send anyone there as well. Will be going back there as well

it is often difficult to find good service at a cell phone store. i was pleasantly surprised at the great service provided by stanley and the rest of the staff at the oshkosh location. thank you for a job well done!!

We were in the AT&T Oshkosh store on Friday, Jan. 7, 2022. Austin assisted my wife and me (both in our 80s) by installing new screen savers on our respective iPhones and a new backing case on mine. He was most helpful. My wife dropped her eyeglasses in the AT&T parking space outside the store and we got home before she realized it. We called Austin and he immediately retrieved her glasses from the parking lot and held them until we returned. We are most grateful for his quick and efficient help. He is a very fine person interested in his customers.

All of the representatives that I worked with at this location were excellent! Extremely knowledgeable and patient, and we were given service that went above and beyond what we've received at other locations. I can't recommend them enough!

Just got the new iPhone from them. AJ was very wise & helpful! Ryan was not working with me but I overheard him being helpful to his customer also. Great store, awesome team, in and out in under an hour.

Found myself in a pickle when visiting for work and my phone broke. I came here and Stewart was so helpful and knew I was in a rush. He hooked me up and helped me get a new phone. Great service, thank you!

On this unfortunate day I managed to slam my phone in my car door. The bottom half of my screen was white. It was bad. Lucky for me Austin brought his A game to work. He was able to do everything on my phone to transfer to the new phone all while entering passwords on my now white no letters keyboard. He went above and beyond to make sure my new phone had everything I needed. Austin you rock!

Went in as soon as they opened and upgraded to a New Galaxy S23+. I was in and out in 30 minutes or less! Great customer service!

AJ was an awesome dude to talk to while setting up my new phone! He read the room well and was entertaining and made the time fly by! He did an amazing job of multitasking, ensuring that I was taken care of as well as other customers waiting while the other worker was busy!

I just have to say the Oshkosh WI location was great and very helpful. Nathan helped me and answered all my questions and he was very patient and explained everything to me. I would recommend the Oshkosh location and especially Nathan to everyone. Thank you Stewart, Nathan and all your helpful staff.
