This is the greatest store I’ve ever seen in my life. I knew it as soon as I walked in I could feel the magical air and knew they were gonna find whatever I asked they helped me really fast and were some of the most friendly people you will ever meet all the high schoolers are very mature and seem like they love there job. I love my local Ace

I just bought a new Toro lawnmower from them. Amazing customer service, EVERY employee was super helpful and nice, great selection and tools and hardware and everything competitively priced, and the store was well organized and clean. Highly recommended!!!

Great place, I love this store the boys are quick on their feet & friendly, they always compliment my car.
I Just wish my ACE ( BRAND ) rewards were stored with a card on a system so I can use them when I want to use them & not mailed to me with experation dates. I get rewards constantly but never get a chance to use them. Almost never 🥺. I've received nearly $ 200.00 in $5.00 off my next visit, only to see they have a 3-5 day life span.

My husband went on Saturday to pick up a few things. A wire stripping tool and a few nuts, lol. Not much , but the staff were VERY HELPFUL. and great job by the young man at the register.

The staff here are very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. Parking in rear parking lot or front of store on street.

Craftsman had an issue with one of the snowblowers I bought at this store. The staffed worked their tales off to correct the issue and get me a refund. They earned a customer for life in me... and I'll be going back to get a new snowblower from them.

This place has most everything I need to keep my home going. The prices are competitive, and the convenience is awesome here. They offer carpet cleaner rentals and will cut and thread pipes to length for you. Along with key cutting services and all the other standard hardware store services. Truly am asset top the area.

Best customer service around, the staff is awesome very helpful, huge selection any thing you need for your diy projects, huge paint selection, full line of chain saws weed whips, personal service you can't get at the big box stores. Shop local, they appreciate it.

Excellent service! No need to wander isles, they will help you find it. Not mention offering good advice from painting to water supply hoses.

Jen and Chuck do a great job running the hardware store. They are very generous with their support of the NB City garden. They will always special order everything I need for home projects.

This is the place to go if you need direction with your project whatever it may be even the teenage associates are extremely knowledgeable and helpful if they are unsure they ask even if it means making a phone call !! Maybe a bit pricey but you get what you pay for always Perfect supplies and great service!

They are the BEST! Forget Menards, Home Depot, etc. Just a great old fashioned hardware store providing what you need. Add along with that a friendly, knowledgeable staff...can't beat that.

The staff is always very helpful! I usually get greeted right when I walk in the door and they almost always ask if you need help finding anything.

Great hardware store with many item's. When I walked in the employees couldn't have been more helpful with product advice and helping me find everything on my punch list. Very convenient location and close parking too. Recommend it!!!!
