I have a local Stihl dealer in Alexandria but drove to Parkers Prairie (way out of my way) because i heard about their great service. I have never had a better experience than when I went to Fortwengler Electric for Stihl parts for my trimmer. It went like this... It was raining and I parked in the back. The mechanic said to walk in through the shop so I didn't get wet. Then, I worked my way to the front of the store where Doug greeted me with a smile and told me the part was in that I ordered. He shook my hand and introduced himself. We spoke briefly and he genuinely took care of my needs. I asked him questions on a few products I'm looking to purchase in the coming months. Not once did he try to pressure me. He was very knowledgeable and sincere. The main thing is that he took the time to help me the best he could and was very honest and knew what he was talking about. He is the type of guy you could sit down and have a beer with. Fortwengler Electric is truly a one of aa kind place that I will keep driving a almost 45 minute round trip to keep coming back.
