This has become one of the favorite places for having multicultural events in the summer. This is a great location with a park nearby and lots of space for people outdoors as well as indoors.

It was very nice and clean for a change so we didn't have to clean dirty bathroom, take down cobwebs etc. All was good except for the motor bikes and hot rod cars going down 9th showing off their powerful bikes and hot rods. So much so we couldn't talk to one another. It went on all afternoon too. Other than that it is a good place to have our annual reunion

Great parks nearby - too expensive to rent however.
