I didn't actually go there for myself but I'm guessing my father got what he needed and I guess it worked.

This store went far above any experiance ive had in a parts store

I want to thank Mel and his staff. He was very generous and very sympathetic to what happened to me. I had a battery die at a car wash 2 buildings down. I bought the battery and he traveled to the car wash and replaced the battery. Mel went way above customer service and should be recognized highly for his actions that helped me that day. I am super appreciated his help. He didn’t have to travel to the car wash to replace my battery, but went out of his way to do it. The cashier there was super helpful and was very nice that Sunday. Mel, thank you for what you did. You went beyond and helped me for my troubles. I will be a customer there from now on thanks to your help.

Stopped in to replace a broken blinker light. Devon was an absolute amazing help from start to finish! He came out to my car and helped me figure out which light it was, showing both, myself and my 13 year old son how to get to it and take it, so we would know the next time. It meant a lot, he took the time to show us! It's an older VW and not the easiest to maneuver under the hood. The light we needed wasn't in stock, so he had to order it overnight and when I came back the next day, Devon kindly put the light in for me as he said he would do and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes!! I will never forget Devon's kindness and amazing customer service especially in today's world. Best Auto Zone experience to date. Thank you Devon!!!

I know nothing about cars. Ayden and Mike in Auburn are the guys to see! So helpful and kind. I wish more stores had employees like them!

Tested my battery for me and checked the oil and air filter. Made me alot more confident and helped me narrow down what fixes I might need, or what to keep a eye on. Employee was super nice and knowledgeable and didn't make me feel stupid, instead I felt welcomed and helped.

Stopped in for some brake pads today. First time in the ten plus years working on cars did I ever have a positive experience going to auto zone. 5 stars for the guys at this location. Thanks!

Glen installed an ignition coil in my car this past weekend and was super knowledgeable and helpful. Something that took him 5 mins would have took me all day to figure out. He wouldnt accept money but I put a good word into corporate just how pleased I am with this location and with Glen. He is an absolute asset to the company!

Knowledgeable parts personel. Have a wide array of parts and the ones they don't have on hand they can usually have in store the next day. Prices are in line with others watch for specials and join the rewards program great location and clean inside and out 2nd best part store In Auburn.........

We had to make a very last minute trip to Texas. As always happens, something went wrong. My window fell off track in the rain and we couldn’t get it back up! We stopped at auto zone in auburn New York and Terrell was the MVP. He helped us get it back up, secured and back on the road! Didn’t charge for his time or anything! Thank you so much #4772 and especially Terrell! Can’t sing praises high enough!

If your check engine light is on, they will hook up a diagnostic code reader and tell you what is wrong. For FREE. The staff is friendly and courteous.

I needed an entire new exhaust system, the manager Alice on duty ordered it for me and contacted me the next day for pick up. Great service
