He was my bankruptcy attorney, and did his job as expected. Then used him as a real-estate attorney to close on a property I sold in Oakhurst, NJ. He stole litigation fees on a suit that was to be filed by him for me and never filed the suit and kept my money. We were to sue the second mortgage company that did things not so legal, but it wasn't the mortgage company that robbed me, it was Jules Rossi, my attorney that robbed me, . He took a retainer and never performed filing a suit against the second mortgage company, and blamed it on me. Being out of state and out of mind, he just threw me on the back burner, never returned my calls to get updates for the filing of the suit that was to be filled, which he was paid for, and stole my retainer money to sue the 2nd mortgage Compnay. Do not trust this man, he is a thief. How does this man get away with these things? Said he couldn't find me to sign papers to file the suit. What a joke, called his office once a month and he never took my calls or returned them. Just kept my retainer and blamed me, what a loser. I went to the ethical board for NJ bar assc. That's a bigger joke. They did nothing knowing this man is a crook and thief, even though a couple grand, just the point of being a thieving attorney.
