Captain's Cove Motel & Marina

Great place if you want to go run a boat. They have kayaks pontoons motor boats all your fishing gear that you need.. and rooms available if you're staying for the upcoming tournament. They rub boats five 1/2 day or a full day.. and there's also a place you can fish there.

Didn’t actually stay here, but did use there boat rentals. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was new to using a fishing boat and had several hiccups. The boat cut off on us. We called and George got in a boat to rescue us. Little did we know the gas line has come a loose. He hooked it back up and we were back at again. Definitely would recommend renting a boat from this location!

Very clean rooms and great fire pit area to hang out at night time! All kinds of boats to rent for fishing and exploring and enjoying the river and Lake Ontario. There is a store with all kinds of fishing gear and even great gifts!

This is a place you make a point to come back to time after time!

We had a great Time with The Family The staff was Very helpful and So was the owner hosted the Fire pit They made sure the whole family was comfortable, made sure we had enough fire wood even gave us s’mores for the children. The rooms were clean big rooms had stoves and A place to order pizza from which was great and helpful wifi - TV Streaming & all The shop had everything you need for fishing and the Housekeeper made sure we had fresh towels such a great vibe while we were there beautiful views & the rooms come with kayaks which was even better we will be back again soon & last Also Close to the Beaches and Shopping Areas … Great Time No Doubt about it

This is a clean, updated, comfortable motel with charming, thoughtful decor. The room comes with the free use of kayaks so we paddled out to Lake Ontario for lunch at one of the restaurants along the banks. The views of the river are wonderful, birding was great. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful with knowledge of sights in the area. This is a peaceful retreat that I would recommend to everyone.

Would highly recommend! The manager, Dee, was very accommodating. Nice, clean, updated rooms. Nice area for grilling. Free canoe and kayaks for adventures on Oak Orchard River. Storage for fish. Beds are comfortable. Everything was perfect!

It was a very nice experience clean comfortable room staff were more than pleasant and helpful. We rented a pontoon boat as well and small fishing boat the second day. Overall experience a 10 outta 10 will definitely be going back again

Captain's Cove is a quaint motel, near Point Breeze, on Lake Ontario in upper NY state. It had everything needed to make our stay there, very enjoyable. Staff was very helpful; and, informative and directed us to many local attractions. This vacation spot was a WIN, WIN.

Didn't really stay, I'm a local and had rented kayaks to take the grandsons out for their 1st trip. Staff and owner are great, the area is incredible, can't wait for another trip. Highly recommend.

This was such a fun trip! I came up to Waterport to visit my parents and ended up staying across from the Captains Cove. They had boat rentals which I didn't get to enjoy this time but everyone was going out and having a blast the girl in the store was friendly and they had a good little snack/drink shop and looked about to be anything you'd need for a day of fishing.

This is the 2nd year in a row we stayed here. Always top notch accommodation for the guys and gals looking to catch some fish and some zzz's. Will come here year after year as log as they will have us back. The fire pit and relaxing spot are added bonuses.

Awesome place the rooms are big and very modern and clean! Staff very friendly and go above and beyond!! Deepest spot on the river below the dam is right off their dock, over 30 deet deep! And thats where the big ones hang out

This place is a hidden gem. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are basic, but clean. They have new marina that is beautiful to fish off of. Great place to take children to fish

Beautiful, cozy room with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker... and even popcorn! Lovely outside area with fire pit and lounge chairs. Friendly staff. Thank you so much!

Drove to the oak under the impression the park was open to launch my boat ,arrived to find it closed . Stopped here and they were closed called number on store front and they came down and opened boat ramp for me to launch . Above and beyond customer service .

Great place to go, its not fancy, your there to fish, its close to the river, the shower is hot, the ppl are great!
