We ordered a new Jayco Talon 335T toy hauler Dec 2019 (sight unseen). Due to Covid19 restrictions during the early part of this year, we were finally able to pick it up last weekend. Rob A. was our sales consultant and he did a great job in taking care of our every need and request, even if we drove him crazy now and then. Pricing was fair and service was wonderful. Brandon, Jeremy, Brian and Rob were really helpful. And then there's the Talon 335T - what an amazing camper! So excited to put our first few nights in the log book. It goes without saying that it is is still recommended to do a complete inspection inside and out, but Link had Brandon there to show us the ropes and do a complete walk-through, so nothing would be missed. If you need a camper, give these guys a try!

Over the years, I've bought two RVs from Link RV and have had my travel trailer winterized there every fall. Always great service. Recently, I brought a truck camper to Link to have a loose TV arm replaced. Jessica got me in right away and made my short wait comfortable. Kevin did the needed installation professionally, and I was done in less than an hour. Another great job.

We had a great experience with Link RV purchase and setup. Rob was our salesman and was terrific! He guided us through the process especially through this time of Quarantine. To this day he still responds to my questions and gets back to me! We couldn't be happier. Also, Brandon who is the delivery specialist is Awesome. He was able to put our camper in a tight spot the first try and level her out. He took his time, showed us what we needed to know and went above and beyond. I feel great knowing that they are not that far away from our cabin and camper if anything is needed I know they will be there to help!

Jessica, Cody, Tracy and Rob all at Link were FANTASTIC! We had picked up a mail in our tire and got turned away in another town while trying to get it fixed. Went to Link and they got us right in! While our motorhome was getting the tire fixed, went went to check out a new motorhome! We had so much help here and everyone was so nice! We live 7 hours away from Link, but the customer service was so top notch, that this is where we will be purchasing a new motorhome from!

Disappointed. Called and could not speak to a person for service. Had to leave voicemail asking if they had time for a service need on my Class A motorhome in the next week or so. All I needed was a reply, even a no answer, but no return call at all. In my book, customers are won through good communications, and they missed the mark.

Edit: Got the call back Monday and they are able to check on the problem I am having. That is great as I actually did not expect that. In talking with Jeremy, he said that he had not received my voicemail and I can accept that. Stuff happens. I do get that sometimes things don't go perfectly, but working toward doing it right is always appreciated. Kudos to you, Jeremy and Links.

Rob was a great salesperson. Knowledgeable and factual, without being pushy. Other dealerships are taking advantage of consumers - it is an RV “sellers market” after all... but this was not my experience at Link RV. The price was fair, and the process easy. Brian was easy to work with on the finance side as well! I am ready for the season!

We just bought a used Class C from Link RV this past Friday. In fact, it was the last one they had on the lot! Rob Almer, in sales, was excellent to deal with from start to finish. Being a used RV, there were a few items that needed some attention. Rob took the time to have his lead service repairman, Jeremy Galvin, look at the issues and provide his expert opinion. Nobody rushed us or made us feel pressured.

Most dealerships would have had the "take it or leave it" attitude with a used model. We know, because a few weeks back we had a bad experience at a "big" dealer. Rob and the fine folks at Link just don't do business that way. They insisted on getting the items fixed and doing the job right. Since I had driven from about 5 1/2 hours away, it wasn't possible for them to get the items repaired in the same day. Rob worked it out so that we could have our RV delivered once they had everything in working order. Now that is service you don't see very often!

We were able to add a warranty to our used rig that gave my wife and me a great deal of "peace of mind". Brian Overbey in Finance took the time to answer each question about the warranty options and help us find the right package.

Minong, WI isn't close to my home, but it sure was worth the long drive! Do yourself a favor before you buy from a big, impersonal dealer and give these guys a shot! I am sure glad I did.

My wife and I recently bought our camper from Link RV and we LOVE it. Rob Almer helped us out with everything. We really appreciated his help. Also Randy who showed us how everything works was really nice and helpful. All in all, a good place to get a camper!

Rob did amazing job today. Took the time and show this many different trailers. Figured out what we liked and disliked about each trailer. We've were able to figure out we liked for a trailer it was able to get one ordered. Can't wait for the come in. Just a huge thanks to Rob and the staff at Link RV.

Nice service department got us in the next morning for water pump repair thank god and propane lines to tanks being it was there..great place to work with. Thank you Link RV

I was extremely impressed with the friendly customer service at Link RV. Not only that, the guy actually knew what he was talking about; everything I've researched since reiterates what he said when we spoke on the phone. Which basically resembled a 45 phone call to a good friend where he pointed out recommendations that actually interest me, and answered my concerns with honesty. Good customer service is a rare find in an age where salesmen are as honest as politicians. I will DEFINITELY be buying my RV here when I have the money to invest. Highly recommended, ask for Kyle.

I was on my way to Iowa and realized by car receiver was not adjusted properly for the weight distribution system on my camper. I stopped in with no appt; Jessica, got me in immediately so I was safe to tow my camper. Amazing service!!
