Lotus Auto Xperts

I’ve been using Lotus for years and have never been disappointed. Mickey and Paul are wonderful to work with. Recently took an out of town visitor over there, they replaced his brakes and saved him hundreds of dollars over what his Lexus dealer had quoted him. Love this place!

The staff is very friendly, courteous always greets you with a smile. I have had nothing but a positive experiences with this company. Will continue to do business with them and will recommend anyone to go there.

I went here last year when my car was making weird noises . I was upstate for the summer and being a young female alone I was wary to get my car fixed in fear of getting ripped off . Another place in town wanted double the price of this place . I decided to go with this shop because of the price was about half of the other place . When they were fixing my hub bearing , they noticed my break pads were very badly worn down . I was hesitant to have them replaced not knowing much about cars . The owner (I believe ) seemed genuinely concerned and did the pads for me and even gave me a bit of a discount . I got a strong sense of honesty and genuine care at this place . Definitely chose the right shop !

Great place, fast and thorough

They've been good to me. They personally showed me what my car's problem looked like, and explained to me what needs to be done. They're very honest which is what I like.
