Cleveland Hopkins International Airport

Cleveland Rocks! And the airport loves to display this in an artistic way throughout the concourse. For an International Airport it's not too big or overwhelming. Pretty easy to drop off or pick up as long as it's not crazy busy. If the traffic is jammed then do the pickup all the way down at gate 7 where it's usually empty. Cell phone lot is convenient but there are no bathrooms if you're waiting. For travelers plenty of food and drink options inside, and if you're from out of town I would recommend the local Great Lakes Brewery beer.

A well maintained and clean airport that is fairly expansive, but still maintains a smaller feel. This is a historical airport that also offers modern amenities and ease of access. Everything on my visit was smooth, from check in to security and boarding the airplane. Their are plenty of stores to shop at and restaurants to eat at and gate seating space is plenty. There are plenty of ground transportation options available as well.

Manageable and clean and good airport with all you need for comforts and necessities before and after flights. Bathrooms are easily found and modern food places including WOW BAO bun place nearby gates. Modern charging stations and comfortable seats. Even Cleveland Ts for sale at a vending machine for some Cleveland pride. Only thing is the bathrooms have touch paper towel dispensers instead of no touch so I didn’t like that part having to deal w other people’s hand germs to get paper towel.

Quick and easy to come and go. Clean airport with plenty of bathrooms. Good lounges and quick security. Southwest is easy to get in and out.

The airport is fairly big, neat, old-fashioned, easily accessible and not too busy. Their workers are friendly and respectful, and clearing through security was not hectic.

Philly is called the city of brotherly love, but you can feel the Cleveland love right from the airport. The staff is amazingly friendly including the airport police who played tour guide when I asked them stupid questions about gates and spots and stuff... love it here. Just wish it wasn't so cold for this Floridian.

Fast, easy, and convenient. Rental car parking is off the property they do have free shuttle transportation that will take you to and from the rental car agencies and airport. TSA moves much faster than at other international airports. They have garage parking on site and parking lots off sites that have shuttles that take you to your terminals. There is a hotel attached to the airport. The rapid (train) is attached to the airport and can take you out of the airport and into the Cleveland area depending on where you want to go. The train system is fast not always the cleanest, much is a much cheaper option than a taxi or Uber. They do have a cell phone parking lot area where you can go and wait while you wait for someone to land that you want to pick up. The people at the airport also speak fluent English unlike other states in America where finding someone who speaks fluent English is hard. Baggage retrieval moves quickly. All restaurants are after security.

Beautiful airport. Even when there's one tsa open and the line comes out to the entrance this airport has their stuff together, and you fly right through it. Everytime I'm late and I think I won't make it I do. Thank you CLE International Airport, for doing an amazing job!!!

Wow Cleveland airport has come a long way since construction which was the last time we flew from here.

Directions were clear, security line had plenty of workers and they treated you well (even when you accidentally left a paring knife in your lunch box accidentally).

Everything was very clean and lots of cute eateries to choose from.

Fantastic airport. Flown in and out here more than 20 times. Mid-sized airport but with international departures. It has an excellent car rental spot. Much better than DTW airport. Could not imagine life without this CLE airport. I think given the size of Cleveland, the CLE airport is pretty decent. I hope there will be non-stop flights to East Asia. The second picture shows the skyview of the CLE airport.
P.S. The subway station down the airport needs further improvements.
Also, I hope the currency exchange service can come back to service soon.

Cleveland Hopkins International Airport is small and easy to get around.

United has direct flights from Washington DC and it's nice to be able to fly back to Cleveland in under an hour.

If you have TSA pre check and clear you can get through security in about 5 to 10 minutes.

They also have a lounge called the Club CLE for priority pass members right near the TSA pre check exit area.

I enjoyed Cleveland Hopkins Airport because it's small and easy to travel in and out of.

Nice small airport. You need to show up early for your flight because it gets full and the lines for tsa are very long so you need to be on time so you don't have to rush. Tsa opens at around 4am. Decent restaurants.

Very clean, friendly service, and beautiful tarmac.

Hopkins airport is better than it has been the last few times I have been through. Their rental car setup is about the best I have used at any airport. Most airlines have updated, fast bag drops, namely Alaska Airlines. United had a ball of disorganized, unhappy people knotted up at their counter. Going through security here used to be an arduous pain in the neck but on my most recent trip it was fast and efficient. There is a nice variety of services in the terminal. The centrally located Pub has airport prices but very nice food and an assortment of beverages.

No complaints here - security moved quickly, lots of food options open at 5:30am. TSA was polite. If you’re being dropped off and don’t need to check luggage or check in, have your people drop you closer to the end near united (unless you have precheck).

My first time here and the staff/ employees were very helpful and supportive. They took the time to explain where I needed to go and made sure I reached my destination. Thank you to the staff.

Have been to the Airport several times and at various times always clean the art work is interesting. Most of the people are friendly and polite couple of them could take lessons from them .

This airport is easy to navigate and has dining and lounge options.
Security did not take too long and overall people were very helpful and friendly.
I would definitely recommend getting to the airport at a reasonable time to avoid having to rush.
Overall, I enjoyed Cleveland Hopkins Airport, it's small and easy for travel.
