Troyer Furniture

My wife and I went into Troyer for the first time about 5 months ago. I told the salesman /furniture specialist that we were just looking and not going to purchase. He still gave us all the time we needed and answered all of our questions. Fast forward to a few months ago and we returned to look at a chair. I was specific in what I wanted but we had to make it work with the rest of our furniture. Tim picked out the perfect price for us. (Pictured below) it looks beautiful in our living room and does everything I was looking for plus more! I called in a few times and spoke with other specialist (Brian and Dick) although these guys weren’t the original sales person, they still treated me like I was and made me feel right at home. I look forward to working with them again, I won’t go anywhere else for furniture. The quality of the chair is amazing and the customer service is A+++. Thank you so much for restoring my faith in furniture stores and letting me sit on almost all of your couches haha.

Karen helped us create a very unique, custom set of wormy maple and walnut dining room furniture that is amazing. Karen is very attentive to what your vision is, and everyone at Troyer Furniture makes you feel like family. The best furniture experience I've ever had. We went to every furniture store in NEO (at least it felt that way) looking for a kitchen table. We saw the same things everywhere. Big and chunky is apparently the popular theme here. We were looking for something a bit more Danish Modern; simple and clean.

Brain Yoder chatted with us and explained that they can get anything we want made for us. We showed him a picture of what we were looking for. He sent it to his "table guy". Once we picked a wood species we had a price in a day. A price that was far less than most of the tables we saw most everywhere else and didn't care for.

A few weeks later we had the exact table that we were envisioning in our kitchen.

Staff extremely attentive but not pushy. Checked in throughout our visit but never felt pressured. Great quality furniture all made in the USA and the majority was made by the locals.

After searching for weeks from Mansfield to Columbus for a sofa and loveseat with recliners, we finally turned to Google reviews and found this gem. Troyer’s had a wide selection and Britney was a huge help! Not only did she help us find the perfect set, but she also put up with my husband’s ornery humor and dished it right back to him. We can’t recommend Britney and the rest of Troyer’s staff enough. A great place and definitely worth the drive! (They even take care of the veterans...thank you!)

We purchased our kitchen, dining room and master bed room furniture in 2015 and all the the pieces are still in great shape to this day. Additionally, Troyer's made a custom corner hutch for my wife in 2019 to match our dinning room table, chairs and large cabinet hutch that matched perfectly to them and fit into place flawlessly. More importantly, the craftsmanship is shown in all the pieces we bought from Troyer's to include the custom pieces. Lastly the staff has always been very polite, thoughtful and the prices are reasonably for the high quality furniture Troyer's offer.
