Buds Marine was happening place on Indian Lake Boat Show day. They killed it with free hot dogs, popcorn and even had a band playing for entertainment. Enjoyed stopping in and checking out all the new boats. Maybe one day I'll be able to afford to buy one instead of just wishing.

Buds Marine is top notch! We needed a new canvas made and they knocked it out of the park at a fair price. Great communication even with the tornado situation they never missed a beat. Buds will be our goto service center. It was worth the 1 hour drive! Thank you Chelsea!

I bought a Barletta L 25UE last year from Bud’s. Their service has been nothing short of terrific both before and after the sale. Their canvas shop also made me an excellent custom winter cover for the boat. They treat you like family and bend over backwards to make you happy.

Chelsea made a new boot cover for our pontoon bimini top, and it looks great. She made a pattern from our old boot, and the new one is a perfect fit. Her price was very reasonable, and the work was done on time as promised.

From the first moment we met Kevin, we enjoyed our experience at Bud's Marine. Kevin is very knowledgeable and quickly was able to understand our desires. My Wife and I both felt his sincerity and honesty as we quickly were lead to the options that were on our target list. We left without making any commitment, checked out several other places and called back the next day to seal the deal. Kevin had the paperwork completed when we returned and really made it quick and easy for us to make the purchase. The service was outstanding by all. One technician even noticed my wife had twisted her ankle and volunteered to run and get some ice for her. Like we said, very conscientious employees. We would recommend Bud's Marine to anyone interested in buying a pontoon.

I can’t say enough about Buds. We bought a pontoon this year during the boat show. There were lots of people there, but we felt as if we were the only ones there. Great experience #1!! If you are looking for outstanding customer service, come see how it’s done at Bud’s Marine, Indian Lake. I’m a whole two weeks into being a first-time boat owner. Robert in sales helped make the buying process comfortable, and really helped me identify the best used boat for our family. He mentioned that if we buy from Bud’s, they’ll take care of us.
As luck would have it, that first time I had family at the lake to go out on the boat, I turned the key and… nothing. It was dead. A quick text to Robert asking for help, and within 15 minutes of them being open, I get a call from Robert assessing the situation. Within an hour the service guy was at our dock. After multiple trips back to the shop, with charging this, and parts that, and doing their thing…it was fixed that day. WOW!

Last year we lost the lower unit on our boat (under Warranty). Bud's Marine replaced the lower, without hesitation. Bud and his staff made sure I was more than satisfied. That's why I drive 2 1/2 hours, past 3 dealerships to deal with the staff at Bud's.

First time boater - first time buyer - first time "captain". No pressure from Kevin on the purchase of my pontoon. He walked through the used lot with me and gave me details on each boat - positives and negatives. I ended up with a new Sylvan pontoon. I just felt like I should have the warranty since I know nothing about mechanical issues.

When I went to pick it up everyone was so helpful. I wanted to make sure I had all the necessities - most of which were included in the purchase but a few extras like bumper things, tether bungees, etc. Once again, they did not try to over sell me on things.

I went on my "one hour learning cruise" with Ralph. VERY helpful - he showed me how to maneuver this thing and get around the lake. Lots of pointers on do's and don'ts - parking on my boat lift - turning - navigating with the wind - fuel economy.

So thankful that I bought from Bud's - excellent experience from the beginning to now - I look forward to doing business with them for years to come.

My husband and I were truly amazed at the service we have had with Bud's Marine. They are friendly and have gone out of their way to make our boat buying experience amazing. We made a mistake when we ordered our boat and they didn't hesitate to make it right even though it was our error. They even delivered our boat to us and came and got it when the additional part we needed arrived so we could enjoy our boat on the water and not have to wait to use it until the part came in. Kevin has been outstanding and I recommend visiting their store for about a bazillion things you can purchase for on the water fun!

Five star service from Bud's Marine! We had engine troubles recently on the lake and needed to be towed back to our dock. As we pulled up, not one but TWO service techs met us at the dock to check our engine. They quickly determined the boat needed to be taken to their shop. The repair was professionally and quickly taken care of. All the service techs, office staff and sales reps we have worked with at Buds have been friendly, knowledgeable and quick to reply to any questions or issues. Our experience with Buds Marine to purchase our pontoon boat from beginning to end was phenomenal. We worked with Robert who was very knowledgeable, he educated us on the pontoon boat showed us everything we were interested in and talked to us about things we didn’t even know they had. Buds is simply the best. We purchased a fantastic pontoon from them and they did everything they could to make it as painless as possible as we were from out of state.

When the boat needed a quick warranty repair, they again went out of their way to make it happen.

When we're ready for our next boat, we'll make the 4 hour drive to go back to Buds, even though other dealers are much closer.

These guys make you feel at home are pleasant and just all around good people.
