Northwest Family Dental of Huntsville

My family and I just switched to Northwest Family Dental. They are super! All staff members are very friendly and put my nervous daughter at ease. The office staff are friendly and helpful. The hygienists are caring and informative. Dr. Grill was thorough and explained everything. We are so glad we found this office!

From beginning until follow through, this dentist office is the best! Dr, Kevin repaired my tooth and was very thorough during the process. He took time to explain everything and made sure I was always comfortable. The staff and assistants were professional and truly cared.

Great experience! Staff are friendly and professional. They explain each process and really listen to concerns. Dr Kevin addresses the immediate issues without trying to “upsell” additional procedures. Highly recommend!

I was very nervous coming in, but shortly after , I was greeted with the friendliest attitudes. I ended up leaving feeling like I’d been there a million times. Love love love this place!

We found this dentist office after moving to the lake three years ago. It’s 10 minutes from our home.
They take your blood pressure which our former dentist office never did. They are up on a new way of X-ray that goes around the head .
Cleaning my teeth with a choice of flavored paste was never an option.
Everyone is very friendly. They do a good job.

The staff are all very welcoming and greet you by your name upon entering the lobby. Kevin is a smooth operator and knows what he is doing. My most recent visit was an emergency and was able to get in the next day. I'm very pleased with my treatment here and strongly give them my recommendation.

Can't say enough good things about everyone at this office. Very friendly staff and super thorough in their work. During my visit each person I encountered went above and beyond to make sure my treatment needs were met. Highly recommend.

i wanna say how special this place is. dr. Kevin is top notch. the experience with him was awesome. i was a nervous wreck, but he made me so comfortable that i wasn't scared when procedure started. he is very gentle and talks to you the whole time explaining the procedures. i am glad i changed to him.

My first visit today was great! Just moved the area and this was a new to me dentist. Sarah the hygienist was so nice and the dentist was the same. Found out he was from New Jersey and born in the same hospital as me, small world.

This dentist is absolutely amazing and the other staff are very nice as well! He actually showed me the images of the X-Ray while explaining in detail instead of leaving me in the dark. He was also very nice and makes sure you are comfortable and not in pain. Excellent dentists the front lady was also very helpful with the finances and getting my insurance benefits.

If you haven’t been to the dentist in years, Northwest Family Dental is the place for you. After years of neglect, I finally decided to take better care of my teeth. I’ve since had work done at both the Marysville and Huntsville offices and I couldn’t be more pleased. The staff at both offices are the best at making people feel very comfortable. My teeth feel so much better since coming here!

Dr Grill is very kind and informative buy not pushy at all. The hygienists are one of a kind and the front desk is very professional and on top of everything! Top notch practice...I highly recommend!!
