Horrible customer service. Received my Mother's Day bouquet with a Happy Birthday balloon attached. Owner unwilling to take responsibility for mistake. Four days later they tied a Happy Mother's Day balloon on my door knob. How tacky can you get! Then owner rold me "You've got your flowers and your balloon now be satisfied". Would never recommend to anyone! If you need a good florist in this area try Blossom Gallery in Kenton..... AWESOME!

This company will not answer my phone calls this year. My father is buried in Huntsville Cemetery and up till this year they take my flowers down and get them back out in the spring refresh them and send me a picture and sent me my bill and my picture! I would make this ,my Mothers Day present to my 92 year old mother in Chicago ! I have called 4 times in the last 2 weeks with no response! I guess I will have to make the 3 hour trip up there!( I don’t drive Columbus Ohio so this should be not so fun) I will be bring the Law! At this point they stolen my flowers and they are going to make this right! All started when they changed locations!

They really screwed me over today ... I called a week in advance and never got my delivery ... I'm so upset because this was very important to me and my wife ... I will never go back again .... don't go to this floral... still in aww
