What an awesome start of the day with breakfast here. The sort of place you frequently visit and order the same items because it’s just that good. Awesome food, amazing people, and beautiful setup. You certainly deserve to try this.

We thoroughly enjoyed our brunch at Tru North Cafe. The iced latte was so good and not too sweet. I ordered the life changing avocado toast with the most delicious bourbon candied bacon and eggs; just incredible! My husband ordered the the Tru Jam Sammie and could not stop gushing about how good the sausage on it was. He said it was really filling too. The tomato basil soup had a delicious kick to it. We loved all of it. The space was clean, cute and quirky. The staff was super friendly and made great recommendations. Looking forward to visiting again the next time we visit Livingston or Bozeman as it was such a beautiful and quick drive.

We ate there this past Wednesday. OMG it was very very very good. Im still wondering how they cook their fried eggs. Absolutely perfect. We will make this our favorite spot in Montana for sure!!!!

Definitely a 5 star experience all around! The food is AMAZING and so are the staff. They are always willing to work around dietary restrictions/allergies/sensitivities, without any hassle. James and his crew are exemplary!

New favorite for us in Livingston, what a wonderful place. Cozy, creative atmosphere. Local baking from bakeries in Livingston. Delicious food on a short and easy menu.

I discovered this hidden gem back in November 2023 when I got stuck in Livingston during a small winter storm. I loved it so much that it always stuck out in my mind. Just visited again today and it was just as good as I remembered. If it’s available, please try the Earl Grey Muffin! But honestly everything here is great.
I will forever go out of my way now to visit this cafe when I’m passing through Montana

Found this gem of a cafe after being ignored by staff at another restaurant. Cheered us up. Ordered the Hillbilly Brunch Filet and Smoke out Chicken Sandwich. So good. Flavors were bright and refreshing. Atmosphere was perfect, anyone who plays John Prime is great. Seating choices. Will be coming back. Staff was great! They have a smaller menu and they do it well.

Wonderful customer service, beautiful atmosphere and most importantly for me… gluten free breakfast sandwich that was the best!

Lovely little breakfast place I. The heart of Livingston. They had some delicious drink concoctions, fun food menu with some wacky descriptions. We went with the Tru Sammy that had egg, sausage, cheese and compote on a buttery English muffin and we also had the traditional breakfast burrito. It was a filling and enjoyable brunch.

Loved this place. Great seating areas for 1, 2 or more either at tables or comfy chairs. Order a Blue Velvet at counter and the owner will tune in the old tune. Makes your stop a little more fun. Good food too!! You really do want to stop in here for coffee and/or something from their menu of sandwiches, burritos and more. We cone through Livingston a couple of times a year and this is our new stop. Private, small business...just the kind you love to support!☕❤☕❤☕❤☕

We came here our first day in Livingston and went out of our way to pass back through the town in our travels so we could have breakfast again at Tru North! The “Cloud” iced espresso drink is incredible!!! And all four dishes we tried for breakfast were delicious! The atmosphere is great, service was wonderful, and the food amazing. Overall can’t recommend this place enough if you’re visiting!!

Love this place!! Tru Jam Sammy is unbelievably delicious and my iced americano was perfect. The owner is attentive and super friendly as well.

I was visiting Livingston for a few days, and I never expected to find such a fun and creative cafe. The food was innovative comfort food with some local flare, and everything I had was delicious. The stars were the grilled pound cake with fruit and cream, the breakfast sammy with egg, sausage, cheese and blueberry compote on an English muffin, the “Maple Mountain Cloud” espresso drink, and the seasoned meatloaf with zesty slaw on Texas toast. The owner and chef were incredibly friendly, and the clientele was diverse and fun. My day catching up on work in this cafe made the trip.

The candied bacon on the avocado toast was amazing!! Food was delicious and the service was extremely friendly and welcoming. Our go to place in Livingston now!

Tru North Caffe is a true gem in the town of Livingston. Excellent food and atmosphere with an owner and staff that cares. Definitely make the effort to stop in and grab a bite.

Had an amazing experience! Asked for their reference on a warm caffinated drink & it was amazing! It was the burnt butter late warmed not iced. I also got the fluffy egg sandwich with candied bacon & honestly I want to travel back just for that sandwich & I live in Cali! The service was amazing they were both very kind.

Absolutely the best food we have had since being in Montana on vacation! We stopped here on accident because we couldn’t find anything else open. What a great surprise! The food was amazing and the staff was extremely nice. I highly recommend it! It’s worth the wait!

First time coming in today and my first London Fog. It was one the most delicious drinks Ive ever had, made and served by 2 of the nicest gentlemen I've run in to in a long while. Happy they've opened shop in my hometown and looking forward to many more cozy and comforting visits.

Great cozy atmosphere with great service! Food and coffee are exceptional! Also, so grateful they carry oat milk AND maple flakes! Too yummy.

This place is epic we stopped in for the reviews on our trip from washington and wow worlds best coffee! Famous iced maple mountain! You have to get coffee and breakfast here!!
