Free. Pack in, pack out!! Keep it clean and behave here, this is a blessing. Small campground with 3 spots at the front and 6-8 spots in the back. Fire rings, nice size spaces, picnic tables, vault toilet, shade trees. Variety of birds, butterflies, snakes, rodents, mammals, etc. Stayed 8 days and thoroughly enjoyed my time. Pilot close by for gas, snacks, etc. Family Dollar further in town. Had verizon 3 bars of service. Peaceful place. Great for dirt bike riding the hills!

Beautiful free campsite! We stopped here on our drive between Grand Teton/Yellowstone National Parks and Salt Lake City. Arrive by mid-afternoon to get a spot. If all the main RV/tent sites are taken, try driving down the dirt road for additional tent sites. We stayed one night in each area of the campground in a campervan. Both had picnic tables, fire pits, and access to restrooms.

A wonderful place to camp! Beautiful scenery, secluded tent sites, clean bathrooms, and only 20 minutes away from Lava Hot Springs. There's no water and trash so you'll have to pack that in. Limited cell service. T-Mobile has service but sprint doesn't.

Really nice clean campground. Not a lot of traffic; and quiet at night, except for the sound of the creek.

This is a great free camp spot. Dry camp. No trash. Picnic tables, fire rings, and big sites. Some have gravel pads and others concrete pads. 3 pit toilets throughout. Equestrian area, tent & rv area.

There are some trails and a creek to explore. Very peaceful.

This is a beautifully maintained BLM Campground just a few miles off of I-15, Exit 47, which offers up to 14 days of free camping. It’s open for camping May 15-Nov 15, but you can access without vehicles year round. There is a new bathroom building and five RV sites (RV parking with a tent pad. Each has a fire ring and picnic table. After the RV turnaround are around five tent only sites (more are being restored after misuse) and a second bathroom building near the tent camping. Three trails are accessible from the second turnaround near the tent camp sites. Two are BLM maintained trails that are open to ATVs, motor bikes, mountain bikes, hikers, equestrian (BLM 152, 195) and a third trail under restoration is open for foot traffic, horses and mountain bikes. The third is my favorite for a quick hike because it hugs the creek, is mostly shaded, and the elevation change is minimal (e.g., 325 ft elevation gain over first mile). The numbered trails carry you up the canyon walls on either side and connect to many other trails along the mountain range. Its a perfect overnight spot between Utah and Yellowstone or to stay a few days and explore the area.

Very nice campground, only 5 RV spots available, but 4 or 5 large level tent camping areas. Very popular so come early In the day or risk being full. Vault toilets on both ends of the 1/2 mile road.

Two loops. Non electric. Small sites first come first serve. Gravel pads for camper has tent pads. Restrooms. We fit perfectly with a 20 feet camping trailer. Some spots are small. Great place to get a good nights rest. NOT big rig friendly and would be very tough to turn around if you insist on driving your big rig up there to check it out. Yellow jackets galore as do almost all campgrounds this time of year in this area. Definitely would stop in again.

Very nice campground, several clean vault toilets. Can be a bit busy during the summer months and hunting season as several popular trails leave from the campground.

We loved this campground! It was so beautiful and serene. And you can't beat the price either of totally FREE. Get there early though or you may not get a spot. And bring your own tp because sometimes they run out.

Beautiful, convenient campsite right off I-15. The campsite doesn't have running water, but there is a nice area for tents, and the scenery is pretty. A nice little creek lulled me off to sleep in my hammock. Check this place out, it's great!

Goodenough Creek CG is much better than good enough!! We went in early fall and the colors were amazing. We stayed in the 'tent sites only' area (5 sites) and happened to be the only ones there. Every site is next to the creek and three are very comfortable and private. The two at the end of the road are connected (so less private) and right next to three trailheads and the restroom. Two of the trails were easy, the third was a bit more challenging. All were filled with beautiful fall colors and lots of picture taking opps. We stayed three nights and honestly didn't want to leave!

First of all, it's free. It's clean and easily accessible. The campsite had a fire ring, a bench/table, and a place designated for a couple small tents or one big one (campsite #7, I didn't see the others). There are some trails. It's about 40 minutes or so to Lava Hot Springs. Had a very good time here.

Excellent campground with restrooms. No water, electric or sewer, but very well-designed 50' x 30' raised gravel sites with fire rings & metal picnic tables. 6 RV / tent sites, with Paved site next to restrooms for Disabled Access. More tent sites & restrooms past RV turn-around at bottom of hill. Parking for day use & hiking trail near entrance & restrooms. Beautiful area! Thanks Idaho DOI.
