High Creek Canyon Trailhead

Great trail. Super easy. About two miles in and two miles out to the waterfall. The top of the water comes out of a spring that is absolutely delicious. The incline is easy and the decent is quick. Worth your time!

My ex husband and kids would take the dogs and go hiking almost every weekend in spring and summer. We loved how peaceful and serene it was. It is such a Beautiful place. Its said that areas are haunted. I know as a paranormal investigator and a sensitive I do believe the rumors. Its full of history and Beauty up there.

Great trail. It's rocky and steep in sections (especially for the last mile approaching the lake) and good footwear is a good idea. The last mile of road to the trailhead is rocky and a high clearance vehicle is recommended.

Absolutely fantastic trail for a morning hike. Plenty of shade

One of my favorite places now! It has beautiful trails and canyon. We have hiked the 3 miles to the waterfall, and also have hiked 6 miles to the high creek lake. The trail to the lake is long and gets steep in the end. Push hard because the lake is worth the view. Also, pack loads of water. We almost ran out by the time we got to the top that we suffered all the way down.

Trail has a range of experiences with rivers and forested areas, as well as a large meadow and spacious areas more near the pond/lake at the conclusion of the hike. Long but worthwhile hike for the meadow alone. The meadow has wild flowers of beautiful varieties and arranged in swathes. Very picturesque and definitely a location to hike.

Love this hike, one of the hidden gems of cache valley. The spring at the top is gorgeous, plus, you can fill up your water bottles. :)
