Nice site we stayed at to check out Grandmother's Tree (Devils Tower). Price is usually $22 a night, was $11 a night with the Access Pass.

An excellent, rustic campground. A quiet and out of the way place. If you are looking for a good spot for either a night or a few days, this is it. My wife and I used it for a base camp while we explored the surrounding area. We would visit again.

Very nice Campground a little close to town could hear barking dogs half the day. Would stay again. Bring wood.

The campground was excellent for quick starting fires, easy bathroom and water access, soft ground for tent pegs, and the hosts were so accommodating. The hosts were also happy to hear of our road trip and sell generous firewood bundles for $8/bundle.

Fantastic campground with lots of privacy and beautiful scenery. No running water, but the campsite had a bathroom located fairly central to all of the campsites. The stay fee is only $14, and you need to visit campsite 19 and talk to the camp host Laura if you’d like to stay for the night. Overall, one of the top campsites we stayed at, and for the price, experience, and hospitality, we would come back again in the future.

Only stayed one Thursday night in the middle of July, but it was quiet and peaceful. Friendly host. No bears or bugs. The bathroom was just a pit toilet, but it didn't smell like anything. Wouldn't have minded staying there for another night, but our space was reserved for the weekend.

To check in with the host, visit site 19...it can be found in the 2nd/back half of the 2 loops. This is a nice campground, very easy to get to from Sundance, WY. There are a couple chipmunks, but no bothersome critters or too many insects. Lovely flora to look at including yarrow, purple asters of some type, and pine trees. Apparently, in the springtime the whole place is blooming with wildflowers, according to the friendly host.

The camp host Laura was fabulous. She has us laughing with her stories, and was just a joy to meet. She also has wood available for sale at her campsite for $6. Bring your hand sanitizer though, because the bathroom is a composting toilet. Go in prepared, and you'll have a great time sleeping under the fragrant Ponderosa pines.

We stayed here August 9th, 2020. This campground was open. The host here was very friendly and helpful. This National Forest camping park was clean and spacious and about a half of all camp sites were under first come first serve. Arriving here about at 2:30 p.m. we were able to find a site. Tall ponderosa pines with clean fresh air made staying here even more enjoyable.

$14, non-electric campground. Pit toilets and water available at spigot. Not for huge rigs. Awesome hiking and gorgeous views right out of the shady, treed campground. Bears in the area, apparently, though we've never seen any. Some of the campers aren't quite up to the "quiet" camping etiquette sometimes, but generally quiet otherwise.

This place is wonderful and peaceful and the camp host, Laura, was so friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our night camping here and got to witness a gorgeous thunderstorm. The campground was clean and I would definitely stay here again.

Year round charge, but close to town with the wooded feel. Nice campground, paved all the way to the campground making it real nice for larger campers! Steel firepits and tables at every site and two outhouse located at opposite ends of the campground.
