The Wannigan

We're lucky to have such a great local hangout. The service is incredible, friendly people and the Wannigan has an all around terrific atmosphere. I recommend Fish Friday, the pizza is the best in the area, Taco Tuesdays for the taco bowl.

My large family was in Winter to memorialize my sister. We hit the Wannigan and sort of used up that big long table and other spaces too. Everybody was happy. The service was phenomenal.

Always a good stop on the trail. Great food also.

Can't complain, hanging out with some friends. Bartender was super friendly and I got the all fruit bonus on one of the machines.

This one a great spot to get amazing very reasonably priced food. Their chicken tender sandwich or any of their juicy burgers with their soft kisser bun is one of my favorites but if you have the opportunity their Friday fish is also amazing that I would suggest trying it with their potato pancakes.

Had their taco Tuesday, was a great price for a large taco...you shouldn't go home hungry. Pleasant atmosphere and good service. Very friendly.

Pool banquet food was super awesome! Service at the bar was great even though it was really packed!

Fish fry is amazing. All the food is great. Atmosphere good nice to watch the river it's a relaxing place for a cold beverage.

Been in the Winter area for years and just now discovered this middle of the woods gem! We've eaten at every bar in the area (which are the only places to eat around here) and I wish I could go back and get Wannigan's each time. We got a pizza w/ salads & cheesy bread, a wanna burger for one son & a chicken tender sandwich for the other. Best pizza I've ever had & both sons said best bar food we've had in years. My husband is hard to please and he was ranting for an hour about how great the food was. If you are visiting the area or live here and haven't had it yet..GET WANNIGAN'S!
