The couple of times I’ve been it’s been the same lady working there and working alone! She is awesome! She is great at helping several people at a time and does it well!

If you want a pleasant phone shopping experience at a Verizon store. Then I strongly suggest that you go visit Fernando at the Covington location. He always makes our phone shopping experience so much easier and he's very intelligent and funny to talk to. Thank you so much Fernando.

I have to say, as a customer of Verizon for 6 years, I have never had the great experience with any customer service representative the way that I had with Fernando Bailey. He went beyond the call of duty to make sure, that I was well taken care of and assisted me with any questions and concerns that I needed about my device. He made sure that I was knowledgeable about my device and all of the features that came with it. I'm so grateful that I had such an amazing experience with him. We have been with Verizon for over 5 years and have never experienced customer service like this. Theasia and Shelby made our experience effortless. They gave us our options and even advice. They were so patient with us although my husband can be a little difficult at times and he even said they were great! These girls deserves something...give them a bonus.

Had an easy upgrade done. Shelby was great! Sorry I missed Fernando. He's the beat manager a store could have. Been with Verizon about 15 yrs so always happy with anything they do. Thanks guys!

Marisa was a great help with purchasing our 2 new phones! She was very knowledgeable about both the IPHONE and Galaxy models. She explained the plans and return policies in great detail. She set-up and dressed our phones. She answered all our questions and great customer service!!! My wife and I couldn’t be more happy with the service we received!

I had a great experience with Fernando at Verizon today. I had to go because my phone wouldn't turn on this morning. He was very helpful.

Ferdnando Bailey, the store manager helped me tremendously. I had been having trouble with my phone for weeks. Fernando immediately recognized the problem and corrected it within five minutes. Ferdnando is a nice man who was also very courteous and so helpful. I had heard from friends how helpful Ferdnando was and was glad he was there to help me. I appreciate his knowledge and helpfulness!

Great store for your Verizon needs. Jessica went out if her way to help my transfer my service after already knowing what I wanted. She was super patient, answered all of my questions, searched for additional things that would help me later. She even stayed late to ensure my over 5000 pictures, 750 contacts and over 14,000 text messages transferred to my new phone from my previous phone and provider. I even went back a week later to purchase accessories that I typically would get online, just to have her help me again. Outstanding customer service, especially from a cell phone provider. Do yourself a favor and always ask for Jessica and don't go to any other location if you can help it.

I had to go to Verizon yesterday after work because I cracked my screen. Marisa was the young lady that helped me out. I ended up getting a new phone because my old phone did not have insurance on it. She knew her products very well and she was so kind! I will definitely visit again when I need something phone related! Thank you Marisa.

Fernando is awesome!! He always knows how to handle any situation and knows his job and his personality is always excellent!!

My phone screen lost it's battle with gravity and Fernando was incredibly helpful in finding a new phone. He made a stressful time very relaxed and was extremely informed on multiple different options. Ended up going with the Pixel 3 and he even helped me save some money. I can't imagine a better experience.

Caleb was great, He worked hard to make sure that I was satisfied with my new phone and even stayed after his shift was over to make sure my needs were all met before I left. I will definitely go back to see him again when I get ready for a new device. Thanks so much for all of your help Caleb!
