They have hardware in a mini market with food. Check here before running way over to the market or big box stores. Very friendly.

Have you ever though; man I'd love it if there were a store that I could get the materials the plumb my home, wire it up, get cooking utensils, a snow shovel, AND a banging sandwich?

Well look no further folks, part hardware store, part Boar's Head deli. Great food.

And the lady usually working the counter is so brutally honest she's almost mean, it's amazing.

I love the deli at Carson's Store in Concord. The sandwiches are delicious. The chefs salad is wonderful. My family loves the banana pudding. The people working there are always so nice. I always feel welcome when I go in there.

Great little one-stop-shop! Pet feed, deli (open morning until afternoon), hardware and mini grocery... Everything is packed in there and whereas there are multiple floor levels, it's not wheelchair inaccessible. Great hometown type store!

I go here often, but on Christmas eve we had a plumbing leak. I went to Carson's and the knowledgeable staff helped me find the right piece to fit my outdated plumbing. It was fixed in a matter on minutes once I got back. Carson's literally saved Christmas for me and my family. Great food as well and reasonable prices. THANK YOU CARSON'S!!!!!!!!!!

How would have thunk that a hardware store would have the best deli around?

The best ingredients (Boars Head)
The staff - all friendly
The food - great ingredients piled high
The pudding - oreo pudding (drops mic)

A must for anyone east of Lynchburg, in Concord or in Appomattox.

Great little family owned home town store. Has just as much stuff at Lowes or Home Depot, without the drive! Some stuff may be more expensive, but some is actually cheaper! Also, the workers are always willing to help solve a problem, or find a coworker that may know how to fix it! Also has a deli and even has Rocks/Etc. Save the trip to the big city(Lynchburg isn't really a big city),and stop by Carson's.

Carson's is awesome. The staff is friendly and helpful. This store is essential for all your needs. They have it all hardware, deli sandwhiches (try the rajin cajin with bacon) and lawn and garden needs.

We love the Southwest wrap. So fresh and best tasting wrap in the area. we also recommend getting their brownies.

Stopped in for a bite to eat,...ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and mayo.....MANNN!!!, it was delicious 😋, everything on it was fresh. a definite stop in again when I'm down that way 👍💯

Food was great 1st time I bought there. Will be definitely going back. And the lady's in dutys were awesome and very kind.

Very friendly this store literally has everything you need inside old style store inside only bad is the diesel pump is black and green for gas got it backwards

This small town hardware store / deli, served fresh food made with Boars Head brand meats. Food was amazing and employees were friendly and helpfull.

Stopped by for gas on my way to Appomattox because it was cheaper than Marathon. I was pleased with the price.
