I purchased appliance from Lyle's TV and Appliances and the entire process from purchase to delivery and install was seamless.
Brian was great on the sales side and Will was great on the delivery and install. I would definitely recommend Lyle's to all my friends

They are great, good old home town appliance store. Fair prices, delivery on time and correct, no up charge. And when it came time for service they honestly stepped up and beyond what I expected. After my service experience with them, they are MY only stop when i need an appliance. Bought my washer and dry from them in the middle of Covid when my others died. Last year bought my Dishwasher from them. The Dishwasher had manufacture issues recently and they where fair and honest in the repairs.

After making the mistake of going to Menards and Best Buy, I ended up at Lyle's. Thank God! Tony greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I handed over the specs for the appliances needed, and Tony didn't waste my time showing me what I could buy or order. He took me straight to what he KNEW would fit and what they already had in stock. Tony was extremely knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor! The two gentlemen that came a couple of days later to install were professional and courteous. They worked quickly and had everything up and running within an hour.

I will never go anywhere else for appliances and will recommend Lyle's to anyone in need of new home appliances. Thanks for the great service from beginning to end!!!!

Looking for a dryer motor, they were very helpful. I'm just bummed I missed the dogs.

I had called in for a service appointment due to my dishwasher's circuit panel being unresponsive. Instead of sending someone out immediately the service desk recommended a couple of DIY fixes - free of charge. One of them worked perfectly, and I was able to cancel the on-site call. Very professional, as they could have easily charged me hundreds for a pointless on-site visit. Good stuff.

I wanted a combo washer/dryer, but after hearing about how long they take to do a load, they showed me some other options. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. I purchased a washer/dryer set and they were able to squeeze in my delivery that afternoon. Installation was perfect, and they took their time making sure it was level and nothing leaked. They also hauled away my old machines with no issue.

Love our new GE refrigerator! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will definitely recommend Lyles to family and friends.

A+ experience. I will never buy from big box stores again. The salesman (Brian) was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was delivered by 2 guys that were careful and also knowledgeable about the product they were delivering. I would definitely recommend Lyle's to anybody looking for any appliances in the future.

Lyle's provided us with, by far, the BEST appliance purchase experience we have ever had. Our 14+ year old refrigerator was on the fritz. I first called to inquire about a repair, but then decided the cost of repair for an old appliance didn't make sense. Instead of hanging up or trying to sell us something new, they transferred me to their head repair tech, who walked me through what I could do to fix the problem myself.

This worked for a little while, but eventually it was beyond repair. When my wife and I came to the store, they discussed with us the best solution for our awkward kitchen layout. When the refrigerator arrived, it was the same guys who came out to install it. They were completely focused on their work, and left with everything in working order. They even showed my wife how to change the water filter, even though it wouldn't need to be replaced for 6-12 months.

When people suggest buying local from a family-run business, this is the experience they are referring to. It is nice to know there are still businesses that are looking out for the customer's best interests before all else. It paid off for us, and we will continue to give Lyle's our business in the future and recommend our friends and family.

Always great customer service. Competitive prices and if something breaks nice to know there is someone to fix it! Big box stores wont do anything for service and Lyles will. All of my appliances have been purchased there and have been happy with everything. Delivery and Service guys are always courteous and helpful. 10 stars all the way.

Needed to find a replacement refrigerator and salesman Brian was very helpful in providing information and getting me a quick delivery. Delivery team did an excellent job as well. Knowing they have a service department was part of my decision as well.

Our 21 cubic foot freezer full of food died yesterday. Went to Lyle’s this morning, they had a 21 cubic foot in stock. Brian, our salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful! Our new freezer is being delivered as I’m posting this....the SAME day we purchased it. We will return to Lyle’s whenever we need appliances! They are the best!!

Such a great experience! The people at Lyle's are very knowledgeable and supremely kind. The customer service is the best around! They will forever be my top choice for any TV, appliance, or Big Green Egg accessory.

They had the dishwasher I wanted in stock! I did my research online and found the dishwasher that I wanted. However, nobody had it in stock. Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy, ALL of the retailers had a 4 month lead time. On a whim, I called Lyle's and asked. They had it in stock and it was 10% cheaper than the best price online. I picked it up that day.

Had a good selection and very knowledgeable. Service guys are attentive in assisting with issues even if they are Mfg. issues. Josh did a great job with our entertainment system. I encourage everyone to buy local they will take better care of you than the big dealers.

The first time we walked into Lyles (in 2010) to purchase a TV, we were greeted immediately and had AMAZING service. We've just recently purchased a new washer and dryer and couldn't be happier! The service and delivery was prompt, and they've been great to work with. We will always come back to Lyles for their proven dedication to their customers and great prices!

Our dishwasher started giving us problems less than a year after its purchase from Lyles. It took several months to resolve its issues, and at least three trips to our home, but Lyles stuck with it until it was fixed correctly and working like new. I am more than pleased with the service we received. Thank you, Lyle's!
