Lissette was absolutely amazing. I came in close to closing time and I felt so bad but she kept reassuring me that it was okay! She was so helpful kind and caring!!

Mae (the only person working while the manager was inside ) was an amazing worker. He did the job of 4 people alone. He talked and had fun while working with 8 people alone.

Rating stays the same! Kayla, the associate who helped me was way personable. She assisted me and understood exactly what needed to be done. This is my favorite T-Mobile store.

This place is awesome, the staff are amazing and knowledgeable and make it happen. I highly recommend them to anyone... I am a T mobile for life customer for life....

Kayla (I think was her name) was very helpful. What she had to tell me may not be what I wanted to hear but was truthful and helpful. I very much appreciated her input and assistance regarding my inquiry. As soon as I clean up my credit I'll be back to see her. The T-Mobile hotspot deal is better than other deals as per the numbers. Can't wait to see her again.

Austin is the assistant mgr. Beautiful person who was able to solve several difficulties for me. He has a great deal of knowledge & solves a great deal of problems. He loves assisting others. Which is rare in this cellular industry.

I've been with T-Mobile almost 7 years. I walked into the store to get my first phone plan started and I met Quenton B and he's had to deal with me ever since. I won't go to anyone else because he's simply just the best! He always finds another way if I have an issue or problem that needs solved that I can't seem to fix on my own. Whether it's something good or bad I need done I'm always leaving happy because of his help and positivity. The experience and customer skills he has are superb and I honestly can't say enough good things. Thank you Q for all you've done!

The Palatka TMobil store and it's staff are amazing. I needed a new phone and they made the whole process simple and painless. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I am a long time TMobil customer and visits like this is why I continue to go there. The store is clean and well lit. Plenty of phones to look at and deals are displayed on the wall. Great place and great staff. Can't say enough.

T Mobile is very lucky to have an employee like Rene! She was on the floor by herself and did an amazing job dealing with different people and their problems all at the same time! Rene went above and beyond to keep customer's happy!

We. Hanged over from Verizon after over 25 years- literally only because the service from Verizon was not good in our area. But let me tell you, Mae helped us and was awesome. He is fairly new, so if I asked a question he didn't know the answer to, he quickly got me an answer. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable for being new, and patient with all my questions. Thanks for great customer service! Chavis helped a bit here and there and was also quite friendly. Everyone we had any interaction with was grreat!

Mae I do believe is the gentleman we dealt with, he was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal for our money. We were in and out within a half hour, definitely will be returning for future business.
