Waterfront Wine & Gourmet

We stumbled on this tasting room by accident during the Blessing of the Fleet. I was instantly enamored with it. It’s small but really cute. The bartender was awesome.

Great little spot. Wonderful wine options and lots of great convos. Came here to get work done since all the coffee shops were closed on Monday. Got my wifi and a spot by the window. Wine and work it is!

Fantastic small town wine bar where the patrons and owner/staff are friendly and welcoming. The kind of place we would all want in our own town if not local to Darien. Whether local or visiting the area go here and you will meet fun people and enjoy a great selection of beer and wine.

Found this place on the way to Jekyll Island while looking for a place to taste wines from the Horsecreek winery. We had a wonderful experience and had great wine, service and atmosphere. Russell, who was running the bar was fabulous. We met some great local people as well.

Driving up north from Florida, I was looking for a quick place with drinks and a view off of 95. Saw this and glad I stopped! Only disappointment was it wasn't really a waterfront experience. The street is called waterfront and you can't sit by the water for real. Besides that had their wine on tap, which was delicious! And got to see some beautiful Georgia sights on the way there. The clerk was amazingly sweet and kind too. Nice break for my drive

In the front ...a massive selection of wines...from all over. I would suppose you could buy a bottle and sit out on the patio and indulge (I don`t know). For the travelers through the area the website is a bit deceiving with the photos. They would imply there is food to order but there is nothing prepared on-site to serve. Any food is for take away to prepare at your abode. Great for the locals!!!
The actual `hidden gem`is through a small corridor at the back which leads into a beautiful wine (and beer...) bar. Shout out to the lovely CHLOE who will provide the nectars to slake your thirst.

Great local place. Wonderful selection of wine and that hometown feeling. A must visit if you are in Darien.

Great spot. Warm and inviting. Mike took great care of us. Picked up some nice wine at very reasonable prices. We also got an incredible steak and a local cheese for dinner. Please stop by if you are nearby. They really care about their customers.

This is become a Darien staple. Russ and the guys have been doing an exceptional job for quite a while. Always an excellent wine selection, great activities during college football season and holiday weekends. Great wine bar in the back if you want to escape the heat and relax and meet new friends.

Just stopped in for a drink since we had our dog. Outside patio is perfect for relaxing (there’s also an inside bar in back and a large selection of beer, wines and cheeses in front section) and the owner was super kind. We were just passing through but will definitely stop again.

The bartender/hostess was very friendly, exhibiting southern hospitality. She was generous with the wine tasting, and the wine was good enough that I bought a bottle of the locally made peach variety. It's a good place to start or end a date.

What a cute little wine bar. We stopped here to take a break on a long drive. Watched a little football and enjoyed some good wine with good views. Staff was friendly and quick. If we hadn't been traveling, I would have bought all the cheese and wine they had in the shop!

Fantastic and large selection of wines and specialty meats/cheeses. Great local watering hole in the back of the store.

Found this gem driving home. Best place to relax have a glass of wine and cheese. Customer service was great they were very good with having a dog on the patio as well. Also they have super premium meats I wanted them all

Small town charm meets all visitors. The friendly folks here are from all over. Locals with their rich history and the retiring baby boomers make every weekday and weekend a special event.

The place to see and be seen in Darien. Good wine, beer and specialty food items to purchase. And, continue past the shop up front to the bar out back overlooking the Darien river. A great place to stop any time of day.

You will not find a better selection of wine in the area and you certainly won't find better conversation! Stop for a drink and leave with new friends!
