Great advice for flooring

We had the worst experience ever when they tiled our walk in shower. First it's only a 3×5' shower & it took him 7 days to finish! We brought quality issues up to them with calls & emails (even sent pictures) and not once did they respond to us. The grout work around the corner shelves was awful (thick, uneven, and rough) They wouldn't even come out to look at it themselves. The customer service gets an F. We would never recommend this business to anyone.
