My wife loves this Belk Outlet. We had never seen one before. All the clothes of her size are in one place, in each of the different areas and they are all color coordinated. Great organization in here!

Best discounts for name brand product. From shoes to clothes and a home department. The service is great and the store is absolutely organized its makes shopping fun.. It's like a treasure hunt and lots of treasures to get.

I went for one item which was a pair of Wild Goose Boot hense rain boots for working outside to keep my feet dry ...only setback was that one boot seam was ripped and it was the only size left that I needed...so the store manager gave me a 10% discount they were already 65% and the extra 10% I only paid $23.25....Nothing a needle and thread can't fix 😇😇😇😇

My friend an I had the pleasure of 3 beautiful ladies there I forgot to get the lady's name in the shoe department but it was the seasoned lady age was very pleasant and skillful, Ms Q was also wonderfully helpful as well very beautiful spirit awe man it escapes me the lady's at the far back wall at customer service she was very knowledgeable in every aspect of Belk's she even took it a step further in assisting my friend how to navigate your website an I thought that was amazing! I'm sure you know the lady's I'm speaking of they really bring something special to your business! I love on the other side of the city but it was well worth it to visit this store.

Great Belk location, but sometimes the employees are not that helpful, especially in the beauty and cosmetic department during the holidays. They could have used some hired help during my last few visits. Still like this location because it is really clean and they usually have a pretty good selection.
