While travelling on 95 from Michigan to Florida. My Escalade lost a pulley and belt. And ended up ruining my radiator. These guys had every part I needed. And really helped with advice and a few tools I needed to fix it. Thanks for the help guys. My wife, daughter ,and two grandkids were treated very well. It was fixed and I drove a couple hundred miles to get home with no issues. The owner should be proud to have them.

I've spent alot of time in the Darien store on countless occasions. All the guys are always on point, and go way further than they have to . Ed , Suan , Dalton just to name a few , they've always went out of their way for me.

We had a problem with our trailering light. It got destroyed on the road. Brian was so kind, patient and helpful and went above and beyond to give us advice and guidance to find what we needed. Very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and compassion.

I had an engine misfire on a drive up to Blue Ridge GA from Orlando I pulled over to this O'Reilly for an OBD2 scan found out I had an engine misfire and had to replace the first coil and spark plug i went ahead and did all 4 since I was under there. A gentleman by the name of Bill was fantastic help and was very accommodating allowing me to use almost anything in the store to get the car up and running again. Before we left I shook his hands and said bye he followed outside on e more and wished us safe travels and waved to us as we drove away. Great man with great character.

End up stopping here to get a set of windshield wipers for my car. When we were heading back home two hours away it started raining so my husband decided to replace my old ones. Was able to find what we needed and get back on the road.

O’Reilly is a reasonably priced well stocked store with helpful knowledgeable staff. Open seven days a week and it’s late hours make O’Reilly super convenient for automotive needs. It’s great to have OReilly in Darien.
