Great little store. Tons of craft item, some food with a cooler and freezer section. Home decor, small hardware section, a pet, baby, medicine, house wares section and tons of party supplies.

We are thankful for all the businesses in our little town. This new facility has friendly and helpful employees . It is organized and I enjoy the digital coupons.

I was at this store on Feb 18, 2023 at 1pm and received terrible customer service from the cashier. I purchased some items on sale and wanted to see if the coupon took off the correct amount. This was before I paid, not after the transaction was completed. I asked if she could count the number of the sale items I bought (same item in multiple quantities) and her response was no but I could count them myself if I wanted. I then told her I didn’t appreciate her response. I still don’t understand why she refused to count the items as part of the checkout process. It was 12 of the same item which would have taken her a few seconds to count. I sarcastically thanked her for her great customer service and wished her a $hitty day. Admittedly, that was not an appropriate comment on my end though I feel she earned that comment with how she treated me.

For a business that is fairly new to a small town, I was very disappointed in the terrible service I received from this employee. I’ve visited this store many times since it opened and everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. There’s always a bad egg in a bunch and she is it for this store.

To the lady that checked me out, you clearly do not enjoy your job and your treatment of customers is unacceptable. You could have and should have handled the situation better.
