NAV Restoration

Had not heard of this company before we needed our roof replaced and new seamless gutters. Paul who represented them was always on time and kept us informed on when work would be started and completed. The quote for repairs never changed and was very reasonable. We are extremely satisfied. So glad we found them

We are very pleased with the work done on our house by NAV Roofing & Construction. We sustained water damage during a storm. They put on a new roof, repaired the hole in the dining room ceiling, replaced the wood flooring in the dining room, installed new insulation in the attic above the dining room, and sanded, stained, and finished all of the hardwood floors to match the dining room floors. All of the crews that came to work on the house were very professional, very knowledgeable about their work, and were very kind and considerate. If there was something that we were not 100% happy with, they worked with it so we were 100% happy. We highly recommend NAV for any work you need done. In the future we plan on doing some remodeling in the kitchen and we will definitely give them a call.

Rich with Nav was a great help with my insurance claim. He was able to work with my insurance company to make sure I was getting the right amount to have the repairs completed, and he oversaw all the work as well. After the work was done (new roof, gutters and interior drywall work), he took care of all the paperwork so I didnt have to worry about it! I never filed a claim with my insurance company before and was nervous, but with Rich’s help it was really easy. He’s working with my mom now too!

I worked with Mike after that nasty storm hit Springfield last summer. He helped me take care of everything from start to finish. He truly cared about making sure I knew everything that was going on with my insurance company and explained all the repairs as they were happening. I felt comfortable leaving my house in his hands. I highly recommend calling Mike if you ever have any type of problems with your house, especially if you have to deal with your insurance company.

The wind blew a bunch of shingles off our roof and I called NAV after reading their reviews. They came out and covered the area until insurance comes out. Really nice people. I’ll call them as soon as insurance tells me what to do.

My daughters home was hit by the recent tornado in Ozark Mo, we had no idea what do or who to call, this company was working on the neighbors home that next morning and stepped up and started fixing my daughter's as well they tarped the roof temporarily fixed the plumbing and electrical, removed all the wet drywall and carpeting and debris outside all that same day so she could be in her home I cant say enough about their professionalism and kindness I would highly recommend them for anything.

Prompt, courteous and did what they said they would do. I would definitely use them again.
