Oak Grove COE campground

We arrived during wind and rain. I had been warned the site I had #66 would be submerged in water, so the gracious Host and I discussed it right away. I went to the reservation website, we rode around until we found one available for our week - that was on higher ground, #16. I changed the reservation and it was great. The weather cleared! The sewer hookup is a very long way from the camper, would need 4 hoses. The pad is level, but crumbling some. Had to take care of the ants. The bathhouse is fine, if you don't mind cobwebs. Nice people all around. I'm glad we chose this campground.

We are new to RVing. This is our second campground experience. The grounds are well kept, offering lots of shade trees. Easy backing in spots. We stayed in spot 25 on the loop, our campers one ac is able to easily keep cool in hot temperatures because of all the big shade trees. Most sites have a picnic bench, fire pit, and Charcoal grill. Not all sites have septic. Make sure to have a lengthy black water hose because the hookups tend to be set quite far from the pad. Stay length is limited to 2 weeks. 'City' amenities are within 10 to 15 minutes drive, for groceries and restaurants. Would recommend Oak Grove campground.

Nice and quiet with lots of open sites. We reserved site 71. Camp host came and greeted us on arrival with helpful directions to the site. Full hook up with 50 amp service for $24 a night. The kids enjoyed the playground and the sunsets over the water were amazing. Minimal lighting in the campground gave great views of the night sky. Not far away is the small town of Batesville MS where you can find most anything you might need. Oak Grove is a really nice place to stop for a week or so in December if you are looking for a less crowded full hook up site.

Looks like another great coe! All 3 hook-ups for a great price! Some sites have a great view of the lake.

Easy to find, level rv pads, immaculately clean, quiet. Felt very safe. Nice grounds to walk around on, and be sure to eat at the Catfish restaurant at the entrance. Water, sewer and a comprehensive site map to pick your spot beforehand.

Oak Grove campground is my favorite place to tent camp. The park is well maintained and clean. There is a playground for the kids, swimming areas, a pier to fish from or just sit and enjoy the view. Each camp site has a fire pit, grill and picnic table. Bath house has hot water. Boaters can put in on the lower or upper lake.

This is a beautiful, quiet camping ground gem. Very close to the dam spillway. Fishing opportunities all around! Also sandstone trail is close by if you enjoy nature walks.

Great place to stay except bathrooms which were not clean quiet place no noise grass was mowed hopefully bathroom problem will change

Was nice place Nats were bad, and may Flys appeared, otherwise loved it there, people were, friendly ,host and rangers were great, wanted to go back but can't get a seservation when we can go.😢

Clean and well maintained. Superb staff. Great camping. Clean restrooms and showers.
