Green Acres Sew & Vac

I have been familiar with Green Acres Sew and Vac for a number of years, visiting their shop from time to time, so when I needed to update my sewing machine this was my first choice. They have a full line of the Bernita machines on display and are knowledgeable about the options of each one. They are a family business and take the time to educate their customers with training and continuing classes. They also have a large line of sewing supplies available. You will be very pleased with any purchase and with the friendly service.

I have visited Green Acreas for my sewing, quilting and embroidery needs I have gotten comfortable with them. I feel they are knowledgeable, friendly and go above and beyond to give great service and customer service.. My needs are met swiftly.. My Bernina machine was repaired in a week. I needed a throw quilt quilted so I could travel south. My regular quilter informed me it was 6 to 7 week turn around. I called them told what kind of pattern I was looking for on the quilting and that i was needing to leave town soon..They thought they could have it ready in a week or so.. When I dropped it off, they had 3 patterns ready to show me that I had described I wanted.. I chose the 1 I liked the best...All which were what I had requested.. 3 days later I received a call that it was ready..I am very happy with how well it came out. My husband even commented on how nice it came out. I would recommend this little shop for your crafting needs as well.

Green Acres is a great little sewing shop. Burnell was so helpful and easy to work with. I went from having my sewing machine repaired to buying a new Bernina! They demonstrated all its great features and answered all my questions before the purchase. A very kind, honest family business. 😊

Moved into the area a few months ago and needed maintenance items for our Riccar vacuum. I found these folks to be VERY pleasant and helpful. My wife owns a Bernina sewing machine so it's a bonus for us that we'll be able to have these items serviced by these friendly folks! Check them out!!

Burnell and Elaine were great to work with. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a Bernina 770 QE Plus and had lessons on using it. I would highly recommend Green Acres if you need a new sewing machine or vacuum.

I recently lost the Bernina dealership that was close to me and was given the name of Green Acres Sewing and Vac by my friend in Macon MO. As I visit her quite often, I called to check on getting an appointment for my 790 Plus to get a general cleaning and service. To my delight, they were able to fit me in on the days I was visiting. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and felt very confident in leaving my machine in their care. I recently has another little problem that was totally my fault, and again, fit me while visiting my friend. Again, delighted with the service. I was most impressed too that I received follow phone calls as few days later making sure that my machine was sewing correctly and that I was happy. You can be sure that this is where I will be bringing my machine for all my service.

Best place around to buy a sewing machine or anything related to sewing ! We bought a sewing machine a serger and several vacs and more through these guys . You can always expect good top quality from them at a reasonable price. I highly recommend their Sirena vacuum sweeper. This has a small bowl of water underneath that catches all the dust and dirt. No more dust clouds when you vacuum ! Its a great place all around !

Top quality sewing machines and vacuums. Used the Riccar dry carpet cleaner on a large project and was very happy with how clean the carpet came. Much better results than wet shampooing!
