The Old Mine House Fredericktown

This was an awesome little place that we tried close to an Airbnb that we rented for a night. The atmosphere was fun and friendly. The food was very tasty, though just a little over cooked for our liking. The flavors were spot on though. We will definitely go back if we are ever in the area again. If you're driving past and are looking for somewhere new to try, this place is worth checking out.

We sat outside while dining in. The waitress was great, and very friendly. The food we all ordered was boneless wings, ribeye (was a little undercooked but was good), and steak sandwich which is a new york strip. We all enjoyed our food and the kids said the fries were the best fries theyd had ever. The steaks seasoning was great and flavorful.

I have eaten at this restaurant several times with my family. It has been very high quality food every time. All the steaks have been cooked to perfection. The fries are some of the best tasting fries I have ever eaten.

I came here for lunch and I'll definitely be back. Our waitress was awesome, the atmosphere was kind of more bar than grill, but the food was still top notch.

I got the catfish platter with seasoned fries, and it was darn good. The catfish wasn't over or under done, and was seasoned well. The fries could have used a bit more seasoning, but what was on them was pretty great.

I doubt I'll go there in the evening, but I'll probably grab lunch from there again!

Great food! Loved the steak dinner! Service was great, too! Next time I'm in the area I'll be back.

We ate lunch there for our first time today and I think it may have been the best steak tacos I have ever had. All of our meals were delicious and the service was great!

Love when I get Heather as my waitress. She's professional and literally always on the run to make sure everyone is being taken care of, even if they aren't her assigned table. The food is always great and I love they have daily specials. Try it, you won't regret it. Oh, and don't forget to ask for Heather as your waitress!

Had the Philly steak it was delicious. Been there many times and the food has always been spectacular. Thanks for coming to town. Had the stake sandwich today and it was great service was fantastic as always. My wife and I had the catfish platter great meal and employees were fabulous as always.

We were staying nearby on vacation and found this spot on a whim. The food is fantastic, everything is seasoned just right. Even the fries are fantastic. Philly cheese steak was the best I've ever had. Gouda bites were great. Servers are all very friendly, they even came out to sing happy birthday to a young man. Great patio area to sit on in the town square. We came back for dinner every night of our stay and will sure to visit next time we're in the area.

The Old Mine House is a favorite of mine. I am a small business owner and bri g my clients in for the delicious steak sandwiches and fries. The waitresses are friendly and fast.

One of our favorite places, food is great service is amazing. We always ask for Patty Penwell to be our waitress. She’s the absolute BEST! For lunch the Rueben is my favorite, dinner so many good options, but the honey garlic chicken and the surf and turf have to be my favorites!

Go try the chicken Philly and onion rings. They are delicious. Our waitress Stacey kept our drinks full and had great recommendations!

Heather was our waitress and did amazing. She was quick, accurate and friendly. Our food was excellent but the service was over the top!

The ribeye was phenomenal!! Server was very knowledgeable about the menu. The feta dip was fantastic.... Not the same old same old appetizer selection!!

My food was amazing at always!!!!As I had Jessica holland as my waitress the service was just as fabulous she never missed a chance to check up on us and assist to all of our needs even if all her tables were full, she was the best hand down!

Had a great experience. Food and service was excellent. Definitely recommend this place. We were driving through town and needed to get lunch. We all loved our meals and enjoyed Cara’s refreshing personality and gorgeous smile. Thanks for making us feel at home!

Stopped in for drinks Bloody Mary was good along with their pepperoncini shots. Our waitress heather was amazing very polite and stayed on top of things.
