My experience with Storage Max was excellent! Sharon was super helpful, kind and informative. Will definitely use Storage Max in the future again if needed.

Great facility, very clean and well maintained. I feel my things are very safe and secure. The manger Jennifer is very helpful. We had movers bring our things on a Sunday and we couldn’t be there (due to closing on our home) but Jennifer made sure everything went smoothly and the movers were able to get in.

Jennifer did an outstanding job helping me get the right storage for my move back to MS. She is so friendly and kind and will do all she can to help. The storage units are clean and have easy access. My movers had no trouble getting in and out. I had all my home belongings stored until I found a house and felt they were safe there. Thank you Jennifer again for making my move back so less stressful.

It was easy to book, and Jennifer is easy to work with! The indoor units are always clean & even smell good! They will actually check your locks and make sure your unit is secure (I got a call twice that my lock wasn't actually locked). My stuff was there for 2 years and had no weather related damage, which means the climate controlled units do what they're supposed to do!

This is my second time using this storage facility. Jennifer is so kind and willing to do whatever it takes to help out! The facility is so great and easy to access. I’ve never had a problem and enjoyed it so much I’m back again!

I had an excellent experience at this facility. The move-in was easy, and the storage area was clean and appeared to be well-maintained. The staff are truly some of the nicest people you will meet. 10/10 would recommend.

This is a great facility with an exceptional staff. I have been renting the past year and have always had a pleasant experience with the manager Stan. He goes above and beyond and makes everything work efficiently. We had to upgrade our unit about halfway through a cycle, and he made the transition simple and easy for us. I would much rather not have a storage unit, but since I do, I would highly recommend going with this place, especially for its location and safety.

The staff were VERY friendly!!! They told me everything I needed to know and they actually helped me pick the best storage for my personal things! They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to start the moving process.... I was even offered the opportunity to use their own personal truck if I wasn’t able to find an uhaul right off! I recommend StorageMax in Brandon, Ms because of the great customer service and their pricing!

I was happy ( December 2022) with my (1) climate control, unit . all over video Survlance cameras and system. I now have a 2 nd unit. Until I make my move. My items are holding well in control climate.

Best place to store your items. This location is safe and the management is amazing. Truly gives off the caring loving vibe when visiting. Prices are even better would recommend to anyone in need.
