My wife and I recently had a new roof installed by the Roof Doctor of the Carolinas. Jim and Chloe very pleasant with the quote and paperwork process. The site supervisor Tom and his crew did an excellent job in a timely manner. Tom took the time to educate me on each step of the removal and installation process. The landscaping was covered during the process, patio furniture removed away from the home and no damage to driveway during product delivery. When the job was complete, the site cleanup was impressive. Tom returned to do a final inspection to ensure we were satisfied and to explain the warranty.

There must be various decent, competent, good roof companies in the area, but, take my advice and go straight to Roof Doctor. Starting with Chloe in the office and James--estimator, assessment wizard, straight-talker, ethical biz maker--you know/feel you are in excellent hands. And then thru the workers on your roof who show skill, competence, fair pricing, etc. etc. Makes me want to know the top boss because he attracts top people, which tells you something. I am serious as a heart attack when I tell you Roof Doctor is THE BEST!

If you are in need of a Doctor you have come to the right place. We where out of town and a tree which was over a hundred feet tall fell on our house.
I called the roof doctor and Jay had a crew out there the same day to remove the tree and tarp the roof. His quick action saved us from further damage as another storm came in the next day.
Jay's crew at roof doctor repaired all the damage and installed a brand new roof.

Wow! I got an answer right away when I called Roof Doctor in Calabash. The doctors were n my roof in two days replacing three vent boots before it rained. The price was extremely reasonable. I am VERY well pleased. Thank you so much!

Roof Doctor did an excellent job replacing our roof. We feel very good about the quality of the materials used and workmanship provided by the crew. They placed screens all around our house to protect siding, windows, and landscaping. They cleaned up after the job leaving no mess and a beautiful new roof. We would recommend them to anyone.

If I could give them a hundred star’s I would. Tom was very professional from the beginning til the end. He helped me pick out a color and the second day as they were finishing up my roof he came and knocked on the door and made sure I was happy with it. The worker’s worked very hard and got it done in just two day’s. They cleaned everything up very good. I could not be more happier with this whole experience and my brand new roof! James is the absolute best! He came out to access a leak that I thought I was having. It turned out not to be a roof issue, but he spent time checking it out thoroughly. He was honest and very helpful. He changed a light bulb in my attic for me and went even further to remove a dead squirrel that was in my attic! I am grateful for his help and I will absolutely be using Roof Doctor when my roof needs to be replaced and will spread the word of what a great company this is!

This is the second time Roof Doctor has repaired my roof after hurricanes. They are a great company to call when your roof is damaged. They responded to my call as soon as possible and repaired my roof without wasting any time. Before I retired, I did many roof jobs myself, so I can attest to the fine work of the Roof Doctor.

Is there an optional 6th star that can be awarded? If so Roof Dr. certainly merits this rating in my experience with them. The price was very reasonable compared to other estimates, the job completed on time, and the people were courteous and professional. A retired engineer neighbor stopped by while the work was being done and appraised me that the job was being done "the right way" and proceeded to request an estimate on his own roof repair. I'm glad I placed my trust in the Roof Dr. team to solve our roof problem. They did everything to make this an A++ experience.

What can you say that others have not. The company cares about you and shows you that what matters to you matters to them as well. I won't go into detail of my situation and struggles but when I was stressed about my roof damage, they made me feel at ease the moment I spoke to them. I had damage caused at fault of someone else and struggled between the insurance, contractors, and another roofing company for months to get the repair done. Roof Doctor stepped up and took care of me instantly. I cannot thank them enough for all that they did for my daughter and me. You want a company with a heart and that truly cares about you, do yourself a favor and don't go anywhere else.

We had damage from the tornado that swept through The Farm at Brunswick in Sept. Roof Doctor was out the next day to check for damage and put temporary patches in place until insurance company assessed the damage. We needed a new roof and Roof Doctor did a superb job, finished in two days, protecting our landscaping and cleaned everything thing up promptly. Everyone is friendly, courteous and professional. Roof Doctor of the Carolinas just installed a new roof on my house in Sunset Beach. There was damage under the shingles as well as to the chimney box. Jay, James, Tom and the entire crew were professional, knowledgeable, prompt and honest from start to finish. Repaired all damage to underlayment and chimney box. This included my house, a shed and pump room roofs. Clean up was fantastic, putting back all outside furniture and many plants, raised beds, cleaning up debris and using a powerful magnet to pick up all nails! Can’t say enough about Jay and his crew and office staff! Would not use anyone else but Roof Doctor! Thanks to all.

We had a great experience with the Roof Doctor. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, good value. Our roof was replaced in the quoted 2 days and you could hardly tell they were even on the property. We had some pretty serious leaks that they came and covered with a tarp until we could be worked into the schedule, which was also handled in a timely manner. Highly recommend! Called midweek to get an estimate for two minor repairs that needed done per a home inspection we had done. Sam was out at our house by Friday and had the repair completed in less than 30 minutes. He even was kind enough to climb back on the roof to take pictures for me so my husband wouldn't have to. Other companies I called gave outrageous prices for just a simple job - Roof Doctors had it done with no fuss at a very reasonable price. Thank you!

Jay and Robert did a great job! Our roof was leaking badly. After using 3 other contractors who did not repair the leak, Robert and his team found the leak and clearly explained the options, which involved replacing our roof, windows, and repairing our dormers. They were patient while we received approval from our homeowners association to change the window style. Robert stayed in touch and moved quickly to complete the job once we had approval. We now have a new roof, new windows and new dormers. We are waiting for the weather to bring some rain to confirm the leak is gone but are confident the problem has been fixed. They also worked to get us documentation requested by our insurance company to assist us with our claim. True professionals who deliver what they say. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!

Roof Doctor replaced our roof in 2019 and did an excellent job. Fast forward to June 2020 and we had a contractor replace some rotten trim which led to some screws in our metal roof getting cut . Sam came out and was quick to repair it at no charge. I will continue to recommend this local company.
