Not only do they do an excellent job but they treat you like family. My mother who was blind and recently passed away was a weekly customer. Bruce treated her like his own mother and Rhonda always met us at the door to assist us with her wheelchair. Bruce knew her routine and would guide her at the sink. Mom loved going there. They are reasonably priced and do an excellent job. During my Moms passing, my sister had Bruce cut her hair and told me that if she could, she would drive from Virginia to go there. Totally Chic is the best!

Always look forward to my trips to Totally Chic Salon & Spa! Sherilyn has been doing my hair for a little over 3 years now. My first visit was for color correction, correct a bad cut and to get much needed help for my damaged hair. I can always depend on her to give me a stylish cut (that I can manage with minimal effort) and excellent color! She does outstanding work! Cherubina does my sister’s hair and she is very pleased as well. I’ve has many people ask where I have my hair done. Without hesitation I can recommend this salon. All the staff is friendly and helpful!

They have my Aveda hair product! I was so pleased to get it locally. Mary was great and so open to letting me share photos of my earlier cut and followed my wishes. Thanks Mary!

Sherilyn is super!! I sit in her chair and tell her do whatever she thinks I need! I’ve never been disappointed! I always walk out loving my hair! The salon is clean, neat, and organized. Everyone there is friendly, courteous, and act professionally!! It’s a great place to get your hair done!! ♥

I love going to totally Chic. Karen has been taking care of my hair for many years. Over the years my hair has changed and she always has a solution and a hair care protocol that addresses the problems. My hair color is perfect!!! Cherubina is awesome! I have super short , highly processed platinum hair . I have been going to the same hair stylist for 20 years so starting over With someone new was a little scary for me I’m SOOOO happy I found Cherubina at Totally Chic! She does it perfect ! I have also referred quite a few of my friends to her and they are all super happy with the job she does as well! Highly recommended! :))

I recommend Hayley. I have been going to her for many years. She does an amazing razor cut. It took me awhile to find a consist decent stylist who has the skill to use a razor. Not all stylist feel comfortable using the razor, Hayley is great. Give her a try.

Since moving to the area 6 years ago, I was reluctant to try a new salon for quite a while but kept saying to myself every time I passed by Totally Chic Salon, "I have to make an appointment and try them out". Given the current pandemic, as soon as Governor Cooper gave the green light for salons to open back up, I immediately called Totally Chic Salon. Y'all, I had such a great experience with my first time at the salon! Upon arriving Haley (stylist) met me and made me feel so welcomed! I walked in with an inspiration photo that I found online and Haley truly did an awesome job with my haircut and style and topped all of my expectations!! I can honestly say that you have a customer for life and I will gladly recommend Totally Chic Salon to all of my family and friends! <3 <3 <3

Friendly Atmosphere and Bruce did a great job! I got a perm and have had some poor experiences at other salons but this was definitely not one of them. He got the job done quickly and I love my hair!!

Kelly does a great job cutting my hair, and is really helpful in suggesting Aveda products for me to use at home. I get lots of compliments on my haircut. The salon is clean and clientele are socially distanced while receiving services.

After 4 years of unflattering haircuts and stylists tell me what style THEY thought i should have Totally Chic was my last hope. I tried Sherilyn Higgins randomly and began a friendship that has lasted years. I don't trust anyone else to cut or color my hair. I explained the latest trendy style i wanted and first gently explained why that wouldn't work for my hair. Then we collaborated and she told me what would work. Now, 5+ years later I simply sit in her chair and say do what you think would look best. She has styled my hair short and we've now grown it mid length. I look at least 10 years younger after seeing her. Brown hair can be tricky and mine looks so healthy and natural. I cannot reccomend her highly enough.

This is great salon with the best stylists and products! Aveda products are safe and gorgeous colors.
The stylists, especially Sherilyn is an outstanding colorist and stylist! It is very common for people to stop me to admire my style and color and I always give them her name!

Bruce is an excellent hair stylist. Always does a great job & is on schedule with his appts. The whole staff is friendly & welcoming. Christy is also a great salon manager, & the salon is very clean.

Hailey gave me the best cut and color I've ever had. Aveda products are also wonderful. She is quiet but does excellent work. I'm very pleased

Color/foil, cut and style. Karen is wonderful blending my gray hair using highlights and lowlights resulting in undetectable outgrowth between visits. A true artist!!

Bought my husband a gift card from here for his birthday...he just had his rosemary & mint pedicure & foot soak...says he feels very pampered! (Need to make appt. a few days ahead)

This was the best haircut I have ever had! The sweet young lady who did my hair was absolutely amazing!!! If I could just move her to my hometown to always do my hair!

I am greeted by a friendly face at the door every time! Cherbina is awesome in getting me color to appear very nature and my style to be on the mark.
