I got a coffee on Tuesday Morning thru the drive thru. I order it with cream & sugar. Since, I was in my friends car, I didn't ask for it on the side. We drove away. Then, when I went to drink it I notice it was black coffee only. We drove back & the young gentleman at the register redid my coffee. He was very nice & kind which I appreciate it.

Pretty much all of my experience through the drive threw, have been quick and the employees at the window have always nice and respectful.

I have to say this has to be the cleanest friendliest. Mcdonald's , i've ever been to. Whatever they're doing other mcdonald's need to take notice.

This was a express line today! I went through the drive thru less than 3 minutes!! The man at the window was very friendly… and the other man at the pick up window was great too! They did good this morning!! And my hash brown was still hot!!!! Great job! Thank you for good customer service!!!!!

The McDonalds on Spring Lane in Sanford is consistently one of the best fast-food drive throughs in the city. They provide friendly, accurate, and FAST service. This morning the line was 4+ cars deep on each side and we were still through within 5 minutes. Impressed!

They had the best service and food like a restaurant and table clean bathrooms and place love it pls make it a 5 Stars ✨✨

I had a bad encounter this morning. Went to drive through and placed my order for a vanilla latte. Of course when i come around to get it it’s not ready and they have me park. The young man who has a serious attitude problem brought me out the wrong drink. I asked for a refund so i wouldn’t be late for work and he said his manager was too busy. He then bring me out the right drink and when i get to work and drink it he has put something else in it to make it taste horrible. If i had time i would have gone back. I am very displeased with my service today 😩

The guy that bought my food out to my car should get a raise he was so nice and sweet he was out there in the rain without a jacket or anything to cover him from it. God bless him always!

Only 24 hour MacDonald's that still lets you dine in. Drive thru gets busy, but the kiosks always work. Order to go but eat there. Always get my weird order right.

Manager Irma was such a pleasant experience! Her level of respect and customer service was extremely top notch, greatly appreciated, and definitely needed considering my long, stressful work day!!! Very clean and Friendly. One of the 2 ice dispensers was empty but the other worked fine. We had to ask for our drink cups to fill up while our order was being made but was quickly taken care of. Will go back again definitely. Thank you.

Friendly staff, and somewhat fast-paced service. I would definitely recommend checking your order before driving off. My opinion is that 1 out of every 5 orders is either missing an item or two, or the order is wrong. Other than that the bathroom facilities and entire building seem to be tidy and sterile. This site does not have the inside playground for children, so if that is something that you're seeking or in need of you might want to check other places. I would recommend this place to others... 8.5 out of 10
