I have been looking for a place to get my watch batteries replaced.

I found Sprays by searching in Google for Watch Battery replacement. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the process. I ended up getting several batteries replaced and ordering a new band for one of my older favorites. I looked around at the products they had for sale and was impressed with their selection. I will be returning here for all my Jewelry needs in Ponca City.

We got my initial set from Sprays in 2012, unfortunately had to get it cut off. Took into Brent 3 weeks ago, got it back today and it is absolutely in perfect condition! Looks brand new and couldn't be any happier with the outcome. Thank you! 😀😀

If I could give them minus 5 I would. I thought they were supposed to be good July 20 took 2 rings to be sized. Were to be ready the next Tues. Called and never ready. 1 week later still not ready. 2 weeks later went in and they had misplaced them. Finally found them. More days went by. Called, still not ready. Went in on Aug 3 and found the one ring was ready, but they had knocked several stones out of my eternity ring. When I asked where they were, I was told they were probably in the cleaner...but honestly evidently they didn't have a clue exactly where they were, and apparently hadn't looked. Said they would fix it. Be ready Tues Aug 6. It wasn't. Sat Aug 10, went in. Paid $80 and picked it up. Went to another store, starting home and saw to my horror that a stone was already gone out of it. Called them immediately. Brought it back in. They called me later that it was ready. Went in and they wanted me to sign a receipt stating they were not responsible for any more with the ring, that it was a poorly made, poorly crafted ring. It is not. I would not sign which made him indignant. Never once did anyone say anything about they thought it to be a poorly crafted ring. It is a well made ring, but they are just not a well operated jewelry store.

Bad service. Never checks twice to see if their work is set. Got my diamonds set so they wouldn't fall out, came to pick up my 2 rings and they both had a missed diamond... Don't go there.

It's been 3 months and I just needed my watch re-crowned. Absolutely ridiculous.
