Jacque O'Neal was our realtor who helped us sell our home from the day we decided to put it on the market to the closing. She was experienced, smart, kind and so knowledgeable. Jacque made sure other realtors knew about our house as she held two realtor open houses. Whenever we had a question, Jacque knew the answer. Her communication skills are excellent. Molly Weaver shepherded through a very long process to close the sale of our home put off for months by a very slow VA process. She arranged for the buyer to possess before closing - a sometimes risky proposition - where the buyer essentially rented from us until the loan went through.
