Wendy's

Danielle and her team gave great service. I ordered a iced coffee and was given the wrong size. So I came back around to inquire if it was the right size. It wasn't and Danielle made it right for me with a smile. Everyone makes mistakes. But Danielle and her team corrected it with no attitude or mean faces. Food was correct and fresh 😋 Thanks Danielle and team! You started my day off right. Keep up the awesome job!

Good service friendly cashier took my order. She took her time and was very polite. She also recommend a new drink. I purchased a new honey hot chicken sandwich it was fresh temperature was hot. Cookies look good very large sugar cookies and chocolate chip but I didn't need to eat another thing so I didn't order.

We were having a late lunch. Food was good. (Not as good as usual) service was good. It did not take long to get order.

We had a big trailer, and wasn’t able to go through drive through. One of the mangers named Latasha was coming and and stopped us and she took good care of us. Latasha definitely takes pride in making her customers good care. Definitely has good customer service as well!!

5 stars no question. 100% order accuracy for a large order with 5 people all ordering individually. Staff was friendly despite being very busy. Well done. This will be our new Wendy's to and from the beach!

Car line was long so we ran in and got a great lunch!

Everyone was very nice and friendly. The fries were hot and crispy like they should be. It was a great ride home with dinner.

Wendy's is about the only fast food restaurant in Laurinburg that serves actual meat on their burgers instead of soybean burgers like McDonald's

I stopped through when I was traveling home yesterday on 74. There weren't many choices of food and just happened to stop here out of convenience. I had to come give a review. I've been traveling for work non-stop for FIVE weeks. Out of all the places I've eaten, sit down OR fast food, I had the best customer service experience here. Which I was NOT expecting. Every single person that spoke to me was friendly and helpful. They were PACKED when I went in and the woman in front of me had a huge order so I did have a bit of a wait time. Normally, when you're waiting a long time, most fast food places... no one will say anything to you. I had one girl apologize for the wait. Another young man was rushing to take care of something over by the drinks and stopped in his tracks to make sure my order had been taken. While I was waiting for my food, I watched them pack the food for the woman with the huge order. They made sure nothing was squished, everything was right and organized. I was really impressed by the care they took. When I got my food, I was apologized to again. I wish other places took initiative like this. When you're packed and busy, you can't help that things may take some extra time. But that 2 seconds of apologizing to the person standing there forever makes all the difference. Whoever is hiring and training the people at this store is doing something right! Thank you for being so friendly and caring about the little things.

I actually had a large order for 10 ppl where they all wanted to do the BOGO. The line was wrapped around the building and I was still there no longer than 15 minutes. There were at least 11 cars in line in front of me and that is not an exaggeration. The cashier was polite and had a beautiful smile might I add. And talked to me the entire time at the window. Window two was the same. No complaints. If I have 10 or 11 ppl in front of me and you can get me out of there in 15 mins, that's like a minute per person and that is better than ANY other place in this town. Hands down

Quick stop for a to go order. Employees were extremely friendly and you could tell were aiming to give great service - in particular noticed the Awesome work ethic of an employee name Eric who even checked to see if anyone in the drive thru line would rather come in and order since there was a long line.

This Wendy's is the absolute best I've ever been in. The food was good, the service was great. Clean Bathrooms.
My hometown Wendy's employees in Randleman, NC needs to be sent there for training.

Haven't had very great experiences here the past few years but the night we went, it was wonderful! Everyone was actually friendly and the food was perfect!

I took a friend to Wendy's 3 days ago in Laurinburg is it disabled Navy retiring. When we got to order he asked the young man at the register did they give a military discount the young man did not know so he asked his manager and the manager walked over to my friend and said thank you for your service get what you want and I will take care of it. I was so impressed about the manager I had to go on this site and say something. You do not find that in many places it is not that Wendy's gave a discount or gave him a free meal butf it was that the manager that Wendy's had employed that was such an outstanding kind and caring young gentleman. My friend is new to North Carolina and he too was so impressed how he was treated at the Laurinburg North Carolina Wendy's.
