The UPS Store

I don’t know if this young man is the manager of this store or what, but WES is TRULY one of the most beautiful souls that I have ever encountered! This is only my second time coming into this store, but as soon as I walked in, I remembered his genuinely kind smile and that “Hey sweetheart! We’ll be with ya in just a minute” greeting. He has a warm way of brightening up the entire place and he knows the customers by NAME. I won’t even lie, that genuinely shocked me. Seeing the way he effortlessly interacts with all of his customers gives me SO much hope for the humanity of this world. Because this man treats everybody, regardless of race or gender, with the same sweet love and care. He is a genuinely kind soul and again, I have NO idea if this beaming light of kindness is the manager or not, but because of the simple way that this man treats every single person who comes into this establishment, this is the only UPS that I will ever give my business to.

Walked in a lil stressed this morning and walked out feeling 10Xs better. I was assisted by West and it was his energy that put me in better spirits. The way he greeted me and the other customers was amazing ! He multitasked between each customer so that we wouldn’t have to wait and he was by himself that was awesome! His tone brightened the room! It’s very rare that you run into great customer service like that and I was very thankful for that !

Small town country southern charm at a big shipping company. Not something you would expect, but it is here! My most favorite store to visit in Laurinburg.(I love genuine kindness, they care!) Every time I come to visit, they're always friendly and efficient! They go above and beyond to help you with your needs!
They're not just a shipping shop. This little store provides printing, copying and a multitude of other services, just ask! They may be able to help!When you leave, they thank you with southern charm you can only find in the south and they provide THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DEFINITELY MY GO TO SHOP! Will it be yours?

The guys in here are always very professional and helpful. My wife “Nickole” is from Atlanta and she calls them the 3 Amigos! They did our wedding invitations and have assisted us with all our shipping needs. It is always a pleasure to walk in the store and be greeted and treated with respect! Keep up the 5 star service!

Even though, I can never get anyone on the phone or leave a message due to the full voice-mail, thus team always goes above and beyond to ensure we get what we came for, they always have a pleasant countenance. Store2922 You guys are the best!!!

Sometimes they are busy and seem understaffed, but they bend over backwards for you and treat all customers with respect and dignity. We are thankful they are here.

Especially, Mr. Xavier...he is hands down one of the best ..he is always so courteous and professional. My husband always wants to know if he is working because he does such an excellent job. But the whole crew is truly remarkable. !

Over the years every time I go into the store it's a professional and courteous experience. The guys there give you the best service no matter how swamped they may be at any given time. I even left the state for a few years and came back to the same awesome service. They even greet you by your name and have relaxing, awesome music if you have to wait. Thank you, Thank you.

Honestly, Wes and Matt and the entire crew were extremely helpful and understanding. They were patient. They walked us through every step and ensured we were taken care of. They truly went above and beyond any expectation I could have had. This location was extremely busy and they managed all the customers efficiently, courteously, and with care. I travel for work and lived in Laurinburg for 4 months. I absolutely loved the service here! Never underestimate a warm smile. It’d make my day, especially being so far from home (Los Angeles!). I pray continued success for this business, always!
